Hello,&nbsp;My name is Jazmine, nice to meet you!&nbsp;A bit about me: I am currently a busy student at the University of Toronto and I have a part-time job, so I may not be available often. I have also completed college to become a Veterinary Technician (diploma and everything), but it wasn't the right career choice for me. However, my love of animals did not go and I want to continue to help the animal community in anyway I can.
Because of my training in school, I am able to care for any of your animal's medical attention needs. I am trained in CPR for cats and dogs of all sizes and can administer first-aid in cases of emergency. I can administer subcutaneous injections (SQ), intramuscular injections (IM), and intraperitoneal injections (IP). I can also apply topical and oral medications, as well as cleaning and rebandaging the limbs, thoracic, pelvis and ear areas. I am able to spot any small surface level concerning health problems and give a simple check-up (TPR), if you would like me to. I also have experience in how to properly handle and care for rabbits and rodents.
I do not own any pets and only live with my mother, so you do not have to worry about any other animals and children in the home; my apartment is animal friendly and spacious.&nbsp;In particular for dogs, while I do love them all,  I will admit I have a soft spot for the smaller breeds and the old seniors. I have access to a shared courtyard space that your dog can play around in. While I do live smack in the city, I live near a couple of small walking trails and parks that I love to walk dogs in.&nbsp;
With animals, I love to spend my time caressing them, giving belly rubs, and scratching those feel-good spots.Unfortunately, there is not a feature available to book off certain times in a day rather than having to book the whole day off. So do not hesitate to reach out to me, even on a day that I have booked off, I may be able to accommodate you depending on the time.&nbsp;
While I may not have as much experience pet sitting (aside from family members' pets), I know how important it is for pet owners to feel safe with who they are entrusting their furry counterparts to. I have always had a very profound affinity and emotional attachment to dogs and relate quite naturally well to them.At your home, I will very lovingly and meticulously care for your dog, ensuring that he/she is properly supplied with ample food and fresh water, taken for regular bathroom walks, and administered any medication as required. I can do overnight stays and/or home visits (a minimum one hour each).Outside your home, I will spend as much time as I can (a minimum two hours) walking your dog as well as carefully and gently cuddling with him/her in my car while listening to classical or easy-listening music. I always bring water and a bowl in warm weather. I will also thoroughly brush your dog’s fur, if necessary. They'll get lots on one-to-one attention, and I will make sure to stimulate your dog both physically and mentally. We'll play a bunch of games, check out all the new smells in my neighbourhood, and explore Echo Valley Park near my house. I have a large yard, and I would always supervise and keep them on leash when we are outside.&nbsp;&nbsp;
I’ve taken care of pets of all kinds since I was a teenager. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets when they have been away. I work as a teacher, so my availability follows a school schedule. During school holidays, I am fully dedicated to your pet during their stay. During the school year, I am at your pet's beck and call on weekends all day and after 3:30 pm on weekdays. I am also open to weekday stays as long as your dog would be comfortable staying home alone between the hours of 7:30 am and 3:30 pm. I love to be active, and I will make sure your fur baby will get multiple walks and engaging play time, or if they prefer rest and relaxation, I will offer lots of cuddles! You will receive updated messages and photos throughout their stay including appetite and sleep observations. However, I can also appreciate that you may need a break from technology, so if you prefer that I only contact you in the event of an emergency, I am happy to accommodate.
Physical safety is of utmost concern when your pet is in my care. To ensure their safety, please note:1) I have gotten all of my Covid-19 vaccines. I also follow all health and safety guidelines as recommended by public health.2) If an emergency arises, I have a car.3) My house is cleaned with non-toxic cleaners. Eric: Each of my three siblings have dogs. I have been their dignated dog-sitter for years. I love being a dog-uncle, and I will also love taking care of your dog. I can make each pet feel loved and cared for.Natasha: My parents adopted a puppy this year, and I was a big part of her training. I make homemade treats and love to cuddle up with all dogs.
Natasha works from home while Eric works part-time, so together we can easily fit a dog within our routine. You can expect lots of walks and play time. We have been dog sitting together as a couple for around 6 months, and we absolutely love it. 
We are very diligent at feeding any pet consistently on a schedule given to us by the owner. On top of that, we give treats that are preauthorized by owners at appropriate times. We walk all dogs multiple times a day, and have enough space for them to roam around.
Please let me know your dog's daily routine, their eating habits, the amount of exercise they are accustomed to, their favourite games, and whether they have any medical conditions  we should be aware of.


I’ve always had dogs growing up, worked in a lot of shelters and have rescued more than 50 dogs. I believe no amount of love is enough for our fir-babies! I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and sizes.
I work from home and my work schedule is very flexible so I can devote plenty of time to your babies and they’ll get all my attention and as many pets as they want.
For me, it’s their stay, their way! They lead me on their walks, so I allow them to safely do what they want, within reason of course.
