Pendant plus d'une semaine, ils ont pris soin de notre chienne comme si elle était la leur, et nous avons été impressionnées par leur niveau de dévouement et d'attention.
Dès le début, ils ont pris le temps de bien comprendre les besoins spécifiques de Bành Bao, et ils ont créé un environnement chaleureux et sécuritaire pour elle. Ils ont fait preuve d'une patience remarquable et ont su s'adapter à son emploi du temps et à ses habitudes quotidiennes. Cela nous a vraiment rassurés de savoir que notre chienne était entre de bonnes mains.
Ce qui nous a particulièrement touchés, c'est la façon dont Thomas et Natalia ont maintenu une communication régulière avec nous pendant toute la durée de la garde. Chaque jour, ils nous ont envoyé des photos et des vidéos adorables de Bành Bao en train de jouer, de se promener et de se détendre. C'était merveilleux de voir à quel point elle était heureuse et bien soignée en leur compagnie. Leur transparence et leur volonté de nous tenir informés nous ont vraiment fait sentir impliqués dans le séjour de notre chienne.
Thomas et Natalia ont dépassé nos attentes en tant que petsitters, et nous leur en sommes extrêmement reconnaissantes. Leur amour pour les animaux et leur professionnalisme sont vraiment exemplaires. Nous n'hésiterions pas une seconde à les recommander à tous ceux qui cherchent des petsitters dignes de confiance et attentionnés.

"Our very energetic two year-old female dog stayed a week with Stéfanie, and she did an incredible job looking after her. Our dog was a recent adoption so she had some anxiety being away from us, but Stéfanie was super attentive and took her for lots of walks and exercise to help her settle down. I would recommend Stéfanie without hesitation for dog boarding. She’s extremely patient and fast to communicate with. "

"We left Tifa with Philippine for 2 weeks, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, it was clear that Tifa felt safe, happy, and truly loved. She trusted her so quickly, which says everything.
Philippine took amazing care of her and treated her like her own. We received regular photos and videos, which was incredibly reassuring and showed just how relaxed and joyful Tifa was during her stay.

"I travel a lot for work and need someone reliable to take care of my dog when I am away. Not only is Lance reliable but has wonderful energy that my dog responds to, he prioritizes exercise several times a day, socializes him, is very affectionate with him, respects his eating and sleeping patterns and gives me several daily updates throughout the day including photos. "Hannah took great care of my pug while I was out of town for a week. She followed the feeding and care instructions to the letter and took him on daily walks. She sent me daily updates and pictures and I felt confident and reassured that Dudley was in good hands.
