For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Walnut Grove for a doggy day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Walnut Grove Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer doggy day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Walnut Grove sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

I have had cats, dogs, bunnies, fish, you name it throughout my childhood and adult life. Currently an empty nester, I'm looking for a furry fix while you're away! I have extensive experience with all breeds and types of pets, including traumatised, senior, or reactive pets.
I have experience with puppies, seniors, and pets with disabilities or who need medication.
I will treat your pet like my own and they will love their stay-cation.
I work from home, so I can follow whatever your pet's normal routine is at home and meet their needs and attention. I live alone with no other pets and have an unfenced yard so dogs will always be on leash.
I will enforce your training and rules while also providing them with a change of scenery, pace, cuddles, walks, pets, and whatever else is applicable. I will make sure your pet has food, water, a clean environment, administer medication if applicable and match the comfort level of your pet in terms of physical touch and attention. Training and grooming not included.
I only take one pet at a time, unless they are from the same owner. Dogs will get multiple short walks a day for potty breaks and 1-2 long ones!
I previously ran my very own pet sitting business, and I am looking to get back into it.
Happy to do meet and greets beforehand and insured and bondable.
Looking forward to meeting your fur baby sometime soon!

I take pride in ensuring that every pet receives the attention and love they deserve. I work from home and my schedule is flexible so can make sure your pet is not left alone for more than 2hrs. I will tell you more, I enjoy spending time outside so this is the perfect opportunity for me to have a canine companion and it's also an active time for pet that makes him relaxed and happy. Me and my husband will be happy to take care of your pet if he stays at our place! I offer reliable pet care services at reasonable rates tailored to each pet's individual needs. I am conviently located in Walnut Grove, 5 minutes from Hwy #1 and 1 minute away from the Golden Ears Bridge in Langley. We are a kennel free home that offers pet boarding to both cats and dogs of all sizes and personalities all year round. I have a fully fenced yard for lots of outdoor activity and playtime Including a dog pool to cool off in the summer months. Dogs in my care are walked daily to ensure they get the exercise they need to keep them healthy, active and strong. I also use Kongs as a reward treat in addition to dog puzzles with treats. For both cats and dogs I use relaxing cat and dog music in addition to cat and dog TV. When your pet comes to me they are provided with their own room to decompress and get used to their new surroundings. Their room is used to help with transition and provides them a safe and secure space once they arrive. Once your pet(s) are comfortable they are then able to explore and roam the rest of the house safely. We have over 4000 sq. ft and 24/7 video surveillance to ensure the safty of my guests. Our large 3 level home allows for guests to roam safety and freely so they will never be stuck in one room. For cats we have over 8 cat trees for them to explore and soak up the sun. In addition we have a very large custom built Cat Catio that is covered off our family room and is fully secure and filled with cat toys, cusions and a cat tree along with resting platforms for them to perch themselves on to get fresh air.
I am First Aid CPR Certified for both cats and dogs and I am insured for Pet Care Services including transportation. I have looked after dogs and cats for over 30 years. I encourage meet and greets as part of our initial communication so I can get to know your pet(s) and their temperament and any medical needs. When your pets arrive I create a personalized care plan and schedule for each of my guests. I collaborate with you on drop off to ensure nothing is missed and to provide your pets with the best care and expereince possible. I provide daily pictures and videos so you are re-assured of your pets wellbeing and the fun activities we take part in. I look foward to meeting other dedicated pet owners as your pets are my passion and they will always be treated like family while they are in my care.

I’ve always loved being around animals, and becoming a pet sitter is a natural extension of that passion. Pets are family, and I understand how important it is for them to feel safe, loved, and cared for, especially when their owners are away. My goal is to provide the same comfort, trust, and affection that I would want for my own pets.
I adapt to each pet’s unique needs and temperament. I also value consistency and make sure to follow each pet’s routine closely so they feel comfortable and at home.
For the safety and well-being of all animals in my care, I only accept vaccinated and I only accept spayed/neutered dogs.
I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Whether it’s long walks, energetic playtime, or calm companionship, I adapt to each pet’s unique needs and temperament.

Hi there!
I’m Kev, a caring and experienced pet sitter and dog walker based in Langley. I’ve had pets all my life, including my 12-year-old Maltese, who’s been with me since he was a puppy, and my 17-year-old Pug mix, whom I adopted from a shelter when she was 8. I cared for her through her senior years, making sure she was comfortable, happy, and loved—even when she needed extra help with feeding and mobility.
Because of these experiences, I understand the unique needs of both young and senior pets. I’m patient, gentle, and dedicated to giving every pet the love and attention they deserve.
I live in a clean, spacious townhome with a fenced backyard where your dog can safely play. I’m also right next to a greenway, perfect for daily walks. I also offer dog walking services around Langley if you need someone reliable to give your dog a fun, safe walk.
I’m vegan and believe all animals deserve kindness and respect, and I promise to care for your furry friend as if they were my own.
I’d love to meet you and your pet—feel free to reach out!
Warmly,Kev

My love for dogs began in Colombia, where I proudly became a dog mom and discovered the joy, responsibility, and unconditional love they bring into our lives. Caring for my own pets taught me patience, empathy, and how to build strong bonds through both affection and clear guidance. When I moved to Canada, this passion grew even more as I began looking after many dogs at once, making sure each one felt safe, happy, and part of a loving environment. I also enjoy training and can be firm when needed, always combining discipline with kindness, because I believe dogs thrive when they feel both loved and guided. As a mother of two children, safety is very important to me, so I prefer to care for pets that are fully vaccinated. You can trust that your pet will be in the best hands—because with me, they will always be part of my family.

Providing a safe and happy environment where dogs can feel at ease is my primary motivation as a pet sitter. I believe that building deep trust with owners is just as important as the care I provide to their furry family members.
With over 30 successful sittings under my belt, I am proud to say that 70% of my clients are repeat customers. This loyalty stems from my commitment to professionalism and my "cage-free" philosophy—I treat every guest as a member of my own family. I never use crates or cages; instead, pets enjoy a clean, spacious, and hazard-free home with a large grassy area for outdoor play.
To ensure a seamless transition, I always take the time to understand each dog’s daily routine before they arrive. Whether it’s specific feeding times, nap schedules, or exercise preferences, I strictly follow their established habits to minimize stress.
Transparency is key to my service. I provide daily detailed reports alongside plenty of photos and videos, so you know exactly what your pet did and how they felt throughout the day. My open, full-time schedule allows me to offer the constant attention and emotional support pets need to thrive. I only accept vaccinated pets to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Thank you for your trust, which allows me to continue doing what I love most!
