"Communication was great and fluid right at the beginning. Karla is also very accommodating and flexible. She gave us updates and sent us pictures everyday. She respected the boundaries we have regarding our dog which was reassuring to us since we had a previous bad experience. "J'ai laissé ma chatonne de 3 mois à garder pour la première fois, chez Julie. J'avais une petite boule au ventre avant de partir. Julie m'a tout de suite paru douce, gentille et vraiment attentionnée envers les animaux, ce qui m'a beaucoup rassuré. Elle m'a tout de suite mise en confiance ce qui m'a permis de partir de Montréal sereine pour ma petite. J'ai reçu des nouvelles avec photos durant mon absence et cela est vraiment très appréciable lorsqu'on est un brin "inquiète" comme moi!.... Je recommande vivement Julie pour le gardiennage d'animaux de compagnie et je vais surtout conserver ses services pour ma bébé Naïttuq! Je l'ai également recommandée à mes amies de quartier qui auront de futurs besoins!"

"We entrusted our dog Mérida to Alejandra and her partner for a three-week boarding, and we were really satisfied with their service. They exceeded our expectations as caretakers. Since it was Mérida's first time spending time with strangers, we were a bit worried, but they created a warm and secure environment for Mérida. Throughout the boarding period, they were incredibly attentive to Mérida. They sent us regular updates, keeping us informed about her well-being and daily activities. They made sure she received enough exercise and attention. We were pleasantly surprised to see how quickly Mérida adapted to his new environment, a testament to the care and attention Alejandra provided. We highly recommend Alejandra and her partner to anyone in need of caretakers for their pets and we will not hesitate to use their services in the future, as we know Mérida will be in good hands."

"Swann et Noé sont fantastiques et leur chats reflètent leur personnalité. Nous leur avons laissé notre chat pendant un mois et nous l'avons récupéré en pleine forme, heureux et avec des nouveaux amis félins ! Swann et Noé ont très bien compris la personnalité de notre chat qui est très joueur mais aussi très colleux et nous ont envoyé des photos régulièrement. La communication avec Swann était excellente. Une mention spéciale à Berlioz et Microbe qui sont deux chats-hôtes parfaits. Nous referons appel à eux dans le futur, c'est certain ! "
