We're a full time professional pet service provider in South Ajax! We work hard to make sure that we're the ideal home away from home - a 5 star resort for your dog! Here, you can depend on an experienced, fully insured pet sitter and dog owner. We offer a high standard of care with a fully supervised, kennel-free home environment, which includes a large deck and fully fenced yard for your dog to run and play in! We have a lovely pack of friendly dogs who attend daycare and board regularly. We'd love to include your dog as part of our pack! We post regularly on our social media as Pluto’s Place Ajax

Our Dogs:
We have a pack of friendly beagles who love the company of other dogs. Pluto is a 4 year old male, Styx is a 3 year old male, Betsy is a 10 year old female, and Tango is a 15 year old female. We enjoy daily walks along the waterfront, parks, and throughout the neighbourhood as part of our regular routine.

What to Expect:
Unlike a large kennel, we run a premium, semi-private pet service. We prioritise your dog’s schedule, routine, comfort, and needs above all, as directed by you. 
We provide safe, durable toys (Kong, Chuck-it, Benebone) that your dog may enjoy indoors and out. Inside, we have couches, armchairs, blankets, and many dog beds available for your dog's comfort and enjoyment. We also have small, medium, and large sized crates on hand for crate trained dogs (only provided upon request).
If your dog is particularly active, we provide regular exercise playing fetch, frisbee, and tug in our backyard, as well as daily walks around the neighbourhood, and along the waterfront trail. All dogs must be non-reactive and leash trained to be included on pack walks. 
We have a pool that is enclosed to prevent free access, but we do allow dogs to swim with us (never alone) at the owner's request. 
Throughout the day, we’ll provide picture and video updates of your dog on our Instagram/Facebook account, or sent directly to you upon request. 
We only accept 3 dogs at any time. All dogs must attend a meet &amp; greet to ensure they're a good fit for our pack. The safety and comfort of your dog is our first priority. Upon acceptance, an insurance waiver must be signed. 
We only accept dogs who play well with others, have good recall, and can follow basic commands. Dogs with a history of reactivity, biting, or aggression will not be accepted. Male dogs must be neutered. 

Daycare hours:
Monday to Friday. Drop off is between 8-10am, Pick up us between 4-6pm.

Boarding:
Weekday: Drop off/Pick up: 8-10am and 4-6pm
Weekend: Drop off/Pick up: Saturday - closed. Sunday 4-6pm

All Meet &amp; Greets will be arranged upon a confirmed booking, and are mandatory for first time clients. Our time is valuable to us. We prioritise owners who communicate and who are ready to commit to a booking in a timely manner. If consulting with other sitters, or experience a change in plans, kindly inform or cancel the request. No hard feelings! I treat every cat like family and always try to make them feel safe, happy and completely at home.I provide a private room with window, cat trees and cat supplies so your cat can relax in a calm, safe, and stress-free space.I also have a cat named Coffee who lives with me. He is super sweet and gentle, loves people, and never scratches or bites. If he gets tired of being petted, he will simply walk away quietly. He even knows a few tricks like 'hand hand', 'high five' and 'up'.Also, I'm currently learning photography. I will capture some sweet and fun moments and share them with you. I currently only accept cats who are up to date on their vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered. We are a pet loving couple with a dog of our own, and have been fostering rescue dogs for several years. We have experience in managing large and small breeds, of all ages and stages, including rescues who might need support with special behavioral or medical needs.&nbsp;
We volunteer with a rescue organization that is devoted to helping end pet homelessness, and in our spare time we love to help other pet parents with any boarding, sitting or walking needs, because we know from personal experience that it takes a community of support to care for these fur babies! If they prefer the security of a crate, that's perfectly fine with us too! While the pups typically sleep in the same room as us, we're happy to provide a separate space if your pup prefers it. We have an extra room available to meet their needs.We love to keep our dogs active and happy! Every day, we play games and take them for walks to explore new smells and sights around the neighborhood. When it's sunny, we head to the lakefront/beach for refreshing strolls. And during spring and summer, we enjoy hiking and picnics outdoors.We prioritize your dog's comfort and safety during their stay. Please let us know about any allergies, special needs, or behavioral triggers in advance. Also, proof of vaccinations is required before drop-off.While we're passionate about caring for dogs, we're not professional trainers. Therefore, if your pup has anxiety issues or requires specialized training, we may not have the expertise to fully accommodate those needs.Additionally, it's essential that your pup is potty trained to go outdoors, as we only use pee pads for accidents. Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate pups primarily trained to use indoor pee pads. Thank you for your understanding!
