Maud a pris soin de mon chat pendant trois semaines, et franchement… il l’a peut-être aimée plus que moi 😄. Toujours à l’écoute, super communicative, et les photos envoyées régulièrement étaient adorables. On voyait que mon petit félin était bien chouchouté.
Quand mon vol a été retardé, elle a gentiment accepté de le garder une nuit de plus sans aucun souci. Un vrai soulagement ! Je suis super reconnaissante pour sa flexibilité et sa gentillesse.

"Je ne peux que recommander chaudement Alexis et Perrine pour garder votre compagnon à quatre pattes! Ils se sont occupés de Viktor pendant les fêtes et ça s'est tellement bien passé que je voulais prendre le temps de les remercier publiquement. Dès le départ, tout s'est déroulé en douceur, pas le moindre accroc dans l'organisation. Viktor est resté chez eux pendant plusieurs jours et honnêtement, il était comme à la maison. Perrine m'a envoyé régulièrement des photos qui me montraient à quel point il était bien, détendu et visiblement heureux. Ça m'a vraiment rassurée de voir qu'il n'était pas stressé du tout.
La communication était vraiment top, Perrine répondait rapidement à mes messages et je sentais qu'elle prenait son rôle au sérieux. Je sens que Perrine et Alexis aiment sincèrement les animaux et que ce n'était pas juste un service pour eux. Viktor a eu toute l'attention dont il avait besoin, et je l'ai retrouvé en pleine forme. Je suis vraiment reconnaissante d'avoir trouvé des gens aussi fiables et attentionnés. Ça fait toute la différence de savoir que son animal est entre de bonnes mains! "Jeremy was wonderful with Penny. He was very patient, caring, and responsible throughout her stay, especially while she was adjusting to a new environment. He communicated with me clearly, kept me updated, and genuinely cared about making sure Penny was comfortable and well taken care of.
I really appreciated his patience, understanding, and the effort he put into caring for her. It gave me peace of mind knowing that he was attentive to her needs while I was away. "Fannie a gardé nos 3 chats pendant nos vacances. C'était la première fois que mes chats se faisaient gardé chez quelqu'un pendant plus que quelque jours et on ne savait pas trop à quoi s'attendre comme temps d'adaptation de leur part. Il s'est avéré que nos chats sont une gang de peureux lol et ils ont pris plus long qu'on pensait à s'adapter au nouvel environnement. Fannie est une personne qui connait très bien les chats, elle respecte leur rythme et comprend leur comportement. C'était vraiment rassurant de savoir que mes chats étaient dans un endroit tranquil avec quelqu'un qui comprend leur langage et leur laissait le choix de l'approcher ou non. En plus, elle répondait toujours rapidement à mes questions. Quand nous sommes allés chercher les chats, tout le monde était en forme et ils étaient plein d'énergie quand nous sommes rentrés chez nous. Si vous cherchez quelqu'un qui saura prendre soin de votre chat timide ou anxieux, Fannie est super."

Il a été un vrai sauveur.
Suite à un désistement in extrémis de la personne qui devait prendre mon chat une heure avant le rdv, celui-ci a accepté de la prendre à la dernière minute me permettant de sauver mes vacances
Il m'a mis instantanément en confiance par la douceur et la compréhension qu'il m'a offert dans une situation particulièrement anxiogène. Pour cela, je lui suis des plus reconnaissant.
La bête elle s'est mise à son aise rapidement, ce qui m'a valu une photo de mon chat sur ses genoux quelques heures après l'avoir laissé en sa compagnie.
Ultimement, nous sommes deux à le remercier.

"We entrusted our dog Mérida to Alejandra and her partner for a three-week boarding, and we were really satisfied with their service. They exceeded our expectations as caretakers.
Since it was Mérida's first time spending time with strangers, we were a bit worried, but they created a warm and secure environment for Mérida.
Throughout the boarding period, they were incredibly attentive to Mérida. They sent us regular updates, keeping us informed about her well-being and daily activities. They made sure she received enough exercise and attention.
