"What a great find! Jo-Anne was able to accommodate my last minute request for an overnight stay, and my shy cat Dale came out of her shell and took to her right away. "Melissa was there with her great skills at a moment we really need a highly experienced, professionnal and gentle pet sitter - and Melissa is all of that - for my cat who is FIV+ and live with a cancer. Prior the visits, she took the time to meet the Poupou and to get a very good understanding of his personnality and his needs. She took the time to adapt the visits schedule based on his condition. She is an amazing communicator and pet sitter, and I would recommand her any time!! Thank you so much Melissa for all the good care you provide to Poupou and to keep me inform with so much humanity 💛 (and sorry if there is mistake, English is not my mother tongue)."
