I went to Sheridan college for a vet assistant program after completing a university degree. I have been working in the vet med field for about 4 years now. 
I've had experience as a professional dog walker, vet receptionist, and a vet assistant in both emergency hospitals and general medicine clinics. 
I have worked with over 30 clients since I've started doing independent pet care in 2023. 
My passion is caring for animals and ensuring they are happy, healthy and safe. My goal is to have as smooth of a transition from the pet parent to me. This means keeping up with individual pets schedules and needs and staying in frequent contact with pet parents. 
I can provide any of the following services:
Walks,

I accept all animals including dogs, cats and small animals. My cats are all vaccinated and up to date on flea and tick medications but I do not require clients pets to be up to date on vaccines. 

About MeI was born and raised in Toronto with two family dogs, and today I’m a proud dog parent to a 3‑year‑old German Shepherd–Poodle mix. I’m currently a third‑year student at the University of Ottawa, and dog sitting allows me to support my education while doing something I genuinely love.

Services &amp; Rates
Dog Boarding: $35 per day/night• One dog at a time (unless from the same family)• Adult dogs only (18 months+)• Check‑in/out between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (I am flexible, let me know in advance)• Boarding is based on a 24‑hour cycle; late pickup is $2/hour. For example, If check-in is at 9:00 AM; check-out time is at 9:00 AM (the next day, for one night boarding) at the max.
Dog Daycare:• Up to two dogs at a time
Sleeping Arrangements:• Living room or crate (door open or closed)
Play, Walks &amp; Environment
Your dog will enjoy:
1. A large fenced backyard with plenty of space, trees, shade, and fresh air
2. I keep my fenced backyard clean and the grass trimmed regularly to help reduce ticks, so your dog can play safely and comfortably
3. Walks in Gatineau Park (30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your preference)
4. I will provide constant supervision 
Weather Policy:During rainy days, outdoor time is limited to backyard play for safety. Walks may be shortened to 30 minutes or paused entirely during extreme weather or slippery conditions. Walk everyday including Sunday, weather permitted. I love to walk in nature.
Home Rules &amp; Requirements
• Dogs must be potty‑trained and house‑trained• Vaccinations up to date (especially Rabies)• Tick control recommended during spring &amp; summer• No puppies
For Overnight Boarding:• Please bathe your dog before drop‑off• Provide emergency contacts (family/friends/vet)• Bring food, treats, bowls, toys, bed/blanket, towel, comb, collar, leash, poop bags, and any routine notes
I provide daily updates (minimum twice per day) so you always know how your dog is doing.
Meet &amp; Greet (Required by Pawshake)
For safety and privacy, our first meeting (about 20 minutes) will take place at Gatineau Park (Relais Plein Air, Gatineau) not at a private home.Payment must be completed through Pawshake before I can share my address (for security reasons).

Does your dog pull on the leash? Are they responsive to commands?

Collar or harness for walks?

Do you want paw balm applied after outdoor time? (extra charge)
