I was born into a cat household and have never known life without pets! While I am a cat owner, I love all the dogs owned by my friends and family and I've walked and dog sat for them many times over the years!&nbsp;
I am extremely respectful of all animals and their owners and will care for your pet according to your directions. I am familiar with basic training and am happy to carry out whatever training or housing needs your pet requires. I have experience with rescue dogs (I had a roommate who adopted one while we were living together) as well as animals with anxiety. I have previously worked as a full time nanny for a family that also had an anxious dog.
I currently own a cat who is extremely tolerant of other cats and dogs. He's usually curious and wants to be friends, otherwise he will just stay out of their way. He's not at all aggressive and never fights with or harms other animals. He is vaccinated and neutered.&nbsp;
I am offering dog walking, and dog &amp; cat sitting (visiting your home or housing them at mine).
I work from home so pets will not be left alone for long hours and can offer up to three full walks a day. I have a decently large apartment for your dog or cat to roam around (bedroom, very large office and living area). I have a balcony that my cat loves to sit out on (but will not let your pets out there if you don't want!) I live near the water and have access to lots of walking paths and green space. I am comfortable administering oral medication, or ear drops, eye drops, etc. I will not house any others animals apart from my own cat while your pet is with me. I have lots of cat toys and a huge cat tree. There are lots of places for you pets to sleep. If you don't have a pet bed I have two full couches and lots of comfy chairs!
I live with my husband who is also an animal lover and grew up with dogs.

Dog Trainer / Obedience/
Experience in caring and training at breeding, working, and boarding kennels and dog training schools.
 All my boarders are entitled for  one free training session customized to their dog's needs. Every walk is a training walk, and I offer structured walks for your pet.
Currently, I run my own dog training company DogTrainingHomeVisits. com. to help dog owners to learn dog training principles and hands-on techniques. I promote competitive obedience training routine for pet dog obedience training. I accept dogs in need of specific exercises or health rehabilitation. Swimming in the lake or walking in the water for exercise/rehabilitation is included in boarding by request. Please specify your crate training routine while booking  for boarding and answer all boarding-related questions to ensure your dog's best stay.
Running my own dog training company DogTrainingHomeVisits. com.gives me flexibility with appointment times and an ability to accommodate dogs in the rehabilitation process or with special needs.&nbsp;

I am a dog lover who has owned dogs my whole life. I am an ardent dog lover and an experienced dog walker and sitter. I would love to walk and sit your dog for some extra income. I have taken care of many breeds and I can understand that every dog is different and would respect the individual needs your dogs has. I aim to put your dog in an optimal environment. I really have a special connection with dogs and enjoy playing with them. In Dog’s home sitting (8 hours MAX | 8am - 9pm): $90.00 ($16/hour for overage)

Dog sitting at your home (4 hours or less): $15.00 per hour

IMPORTANT: 
- Please provide food, poop bags, leash, toys, bed and anything else your fur baby requires
- Please provide ALL instructions, routines, and anything else I should know about (i.e., requires walks 3x/day, does not get along with other dogs, etc.)
- Please indicate if your dog(s) is spayed/neutered and has complete set of shots
- I do NOT administer oral or injected medications

Since I was young I have always loved helping my neighbors and friends walk, play, and care for their cats, dogs, fishes, and plants. I used to have an orange tabby cat named Lucky for 18 years who was my best friend and who loved to play in blanket forts and castles made of boxes. Currently I do not own any pets and so my home is empty.
I love to play tug of war, fetch, and exercise with dogs. For cats I like to also play fetch and use string or squishy balls to play with them. I am also open to calm days if your furry friend isn't up for lots of exercise. You'll also get frequent photos to see how their day went.
I am available for overnight care in my home any day of the week. If I cannot make your booking I will reply to your request and let you know. I also own a car so you don’t need to worry about late arrivals or missed bookings if you require a pick up and drop off.
