For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Mount Pleasant for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Mount Pleasant Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Mount Pleasant sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

Hi! I’m a passionate animal lover who truly believes pets are family. I have always been surrounded by animals and currently share my life with my own American Bulldog, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member.

I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, but due to a little space constraint at the moment can take smaller breeds only . Whether it’s energetic walks, playtime, feeding, or simply keeping your pet company while you’re away, I will make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for.

I’m reliable, patient, and attentive to every pet’s unique needs. I know how important routines are for animals, so I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully to make sure your pet stays happy and comfortable.
your pet will get all the love and cuddles from me , please provide the food that you usually give to your dog

You can expect regular updates, photos, and lots of love for your furry friend while they’re in my care. My goal is simple — to treat every pet exactly the way I treat my own.

Looking forward to meeting you and your adorable companion!

I am Talvir D and let me tell you a little bit of who I am. I specialize in training big dogs such an cane corso’s, I work with separation anxiety, aggressive behaviour, anxiety triggered aggression, pulling while walking, patience cues, anything and everything correlated with behaviour development. I’m extremely proud of what I do and my abilities to deliver on what I promise I say that very confidently. A lil bit more about myself, I am currently attending mount royal university and trying to complete my degree in Athletic Therapy, my goals in the future are to obtain my degree and become a physiotherapist. I love athletics and the outdoors to be honest anything to do with being active. I myself have be heavily involved in sports from a very young age and just more of a outdoor kid rather than inside playing games. that being said i continued to excel in every sport I played such as basketball, volleyball, and track/field. I have competed at a high level in each of the mentioned sports, I played all through high school and achieved a ton of experience and enjoyed it to the fullest. I personally also am very passionate in the rehabilitation and rehab side of athletics as well as the competition at a elite level. I took 3 years of sports medicine and loved each and every moment of it, allowed me to not only become a better athlete but allowed me to help fellow teammates with injury assessment and rehab. I have been nominated for athlete of the year and continue to peruse basketball at a post-secondary level. I am heavily involved within the community with charity events to help the less fortunate and in the end grow as a community. Taking care of dogs just seems like the ultimate job to have fun and be happy.

The back yard has 3 separate areas all fenced off, main area largest space 6ft fence grassy. Smaller area with 4ft fence and stone ground. And large areas grassy 4ft fence. All areas are for dogs to have their own areas to play and if needed me separated.

Inside carpet in living room just got it steam cleaned so please let me know if your pup isn't house trained. Hallways and kitchen is tiled, basement is also carpet but they won't be downstairs unless it's really hot upstairs and they need to cool off.

Hello!
After being gone traveling for housesitting and pet sitting in B.C. and Alberta I am back in Calgary and looking forward to taking care of your pets! See my gallery for some of my 5 star reviews!!
I just moved to a new build so my backyard is not finished which means right now your pups get to go on more walks!
My dog Bailey & I are looking forward to caring for your home &/or pets!
I work from home coaching people to help them live their best life. Pets are usually not left alone longer than a couple of hours in a day.
I have many years of experience with animals. I do animal healing as well.
Your pets and your home will be in good hands!
I have experience in giving meds, senior care, anxiety etc for those that need some extra love and care.
Bailey is a small dog and is a very gentle soul. He does well with many animals.
I am open to long term stays as well :)
A little more about me.... I grew up on a farm and learned to love animals at a very young age. Cats, bunnies, dogs etc. I use to talk to them as a child. If you asked my sister she'd tell you I called the ants my friends! Who knew where the connection with animals would lead me.
in my business I use the guidance our animals are always giving us as a way to help their humans live the life they were truly meant too.
Bailey and I love to go on adventures whether that be a stroll in the lark or taking a ride to the mountains.
i start my mornings with a dog walk (weather permitting .... Eek winter!!). And I often take a walking break mid day or close to supper as a way to end the day.
We do go off leash, but I am also open to taking any dog that needs to be on leash only. I work with the comfort of your pet.
Walks are anywhere from 30 mins-60 mins at a time. At least twice a day. Depending on weather and animal comfort & safety.
Your animals will be safe and protected as if they are one of my very own.
i take pictures and videos often and send them to you while you are away !
i may ask a lot of questions because I want to make sure your pets feel at home with me.
I am open to many dog cuddles as possible!
I am open to a video chat and a meet and greet!
PS I am open to dog sitting outside of Calgary as I'm often in Canmore & Banff area as well as Cochrane & Okotoks

Hello Pet Parents.
My name is Shannon. I'm an animal lover and mom to 3 cats; Fred, George, and Ginny; all Orange tabbys named after famous characters (any guesses? ).
Our family lost our beloved Gryffin, a black Labrador, earlier this year and we are missing the presence of having a pup in the house but not ready, or able, to get a dog of our own.
I would enjoy helping families out by offering to watch your baby while you're traveling, at an event, or just wanting to have a day to yourself.
I love and I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes...bring on the drool. Our home is close to Fish Creek park and we have a fully fenced yard with green space.
As said, I have cats whom are comfortable with dogs except Ginny who will politely excuse herself and hide under the bed.
I will only accept dogs whom are vaccinated. Dogs will only be taken out on a lead with ID tags. Safety is important. ‍🦺
If you have any further questions, I'd be more than happy to chat and/or meet with you.
Looking forward to hearing from you and having a doggy visitor in the house again,

Shannon
