For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in East Clayton for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local East Clayton Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving East Clayton sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

I have had cats, dogs, bunnies, fish, you name it throughout my childhood and adult life. Currently an empty nester, I'm looking for a furry fix while you're away! I have extensive experience with all breeds and types of pets, including traumatised, senior, or reactive pets.
I have experience with puppies, seniors, and pets with disabilities or who need medication.
I will treat your pet like my own and they will love their stay-cation.
I work from home, so I can follow whatever your pet's normal routine is at home and meet their needs and attention. I live alone with no other pets and have an unfenced yard so dogs will always be on leash.
I will enforce your training and rules while also providing them with a change of scenery, pace, cuddles, walks, pets, and whatever else is applicable. I will make sure your pet has food, water, a clean environment, administer medication if applicable and match the comfort level of your pet in terms of physical touch and attention. Training and grooming not included.
I only take one pet at a time, unless they are from the same owner. Dogs will get multiple short walks a day for potty breaks and 1-2 long ones!
I previously ran my very own pet sitting business, and I am looking to get back into it.
Happy to do meet and greets beforehand and insured and bondable.
Looking forward to meeting your fur baby sometime soon!

Hi there. I am a young professional with a Master's degree in Management who enjoys painting, listening to music, watching movies, and trying out new recipes every now and then. I'm an animal lover who enjoys taking care of all fur babies! While I don't currently have pets of my own, I have a passion for making sure your pets are happy, comfortable, and well-cared for. Whether it's playtime, walking, feeding, or just keeping them company, I treat every pet like they're my own and I'll make sure they get all the love and attention they deserve while you're away. I'll keep you updated so you can have peace of mind and rest assured that they're in reliable hands. With the exception of Christmas break, which I'll be off and available fulltime, I work from the office three days a week and can come home for a quick walk/bathroom break so preferably pets that are ok with being on their own during those times would be a better fit. I prefer to board one dog at a time to make sure we spend the maximum amount of time together and they feel right at home. We live close to lots of trails and a beautiful park that are great for walks and playtime and I try to go for walks at least two to three times a day.

Hello! My name is Ingrid, and I am thrilled to share my passion for pet sitting with you. Growing up surrounded by animals, I developed a profound love for pets of all kinds. Whether it’s cuddling with a playful puppy or caring for a cozy cat, my motivation to be a pet sitter stems from the joy and companionship your pet brings into my life. I understand how important it is for pet owners to find someone trustworthy and caring, and I am committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for your beloved companions while you’re away.
I bring 15 years of experience to the table, having cared for a variety of pets, from dogs and cats to rabbits and birds, young ones or older ones who needs medication. I take pride in ensuring that every pet receives the attention and love they deserve. I work from home and my schedule is flexible so can make sure your pet is not left alone for more than 2hrs. I will tell you more, I enjoy spending time outside so this is the perfect opportunity for me to have a canine companion and it's also an active time for pet that makes him relaxed and happy. Me and my husband will be happy to take care of your pet if he stays at our place! I offer reliable pet care services at reasonable rates tailored to each pet's individual needs. Feel free to contact me if you need any other information. Let's create a worry-free experience for both you and your pets! Have a nice day!
I'm new on this platform but you can find my reviews on other platforms.

My name is Alejandra, you can call me Ally, and pet care isn't just a job for me—it's a lifelong passion. For over 15 years, I was the proud owner of a beloved dog who taught me the true meaning of unconditional love. Though she's no longer with us, her legacy lives on through her best friend, Oswaldo, our rescued cat, who has been a cherished part of our family for 11 years. Watching their special bond—how our once-shy cat blossomed under our dog's gentle guidance—deepened my understanding of animal behavior and the importance of compassionate care.
This personal experience drives me to provide exceptional pet sitting services. I know how stressful it can be to leave your furry family members in someone else's hands, which is why I prioritize creating a comfortable, loving environment tailored to each pet's unique personality. Whether it's maintaining routines, offering playtime, or providing extra patience for shy animals (I've had plenty of practice!), I treat every pet with the same devotion I gave my own.
For everyone's safety, I only care for vaccinated pets. Your companion's wellbeing is my top priority, and I'd be honored to give them the same attentive care that made my own pets' lives so happy. Let me help make your time apart worry-free!

Hi, I’m Tabitha!
I’m a lifelong dog lover, experienced dog handler, and the owner of Nova Standard K9, my own small business, where I provide dog walking, care, and basic to intermediate training with a special passion for helping dogs become confident, well-mannered companions.

My specialty is working with powerful and bully breeds, but I have experience with all kinds of dogs and personalities. I personally own Nova, my pocket class American Bully, who I trained from the ground up, and I also currently work on an ongoing basis with a beautiful rescue American Pit Bull Terrier. I’ve additionally worked with German and Dutch Shepherds, Rottweilers, and other strong, energetic breeds. I love getting to know each dog as an individual and adapting my approach to their needs, temperament, and comfort level.

Whether your dog needs a fun walk, some extra companionship while you’re away, patience with a nervous pup, or simply someone who genuinely understands and enjoys dogs, I’m here to provide safe, attentive, and personalized care. Your dog’s comfort and safety are always my priority, and I’ll treat them like one of my own.

My love for dogs began in Colombia, where I proudly became a dog mom and discovered the joy, responsibility, and unconditional love they bring into our lives. Caring for my own pets taught me patience, empathy, and how to build strong bonds through both affection and clear guidance. When I moved to Canada, this passion grew even more as I began looking after many dogs at once, making sure each one felt safe, happy, and part of a loving environment. I also enjoy training and can be firm when needed, always combining discipline with kindness, because I believe dogs thrive when they feel both loved and guided. As a mother of two children, safety is very important to me, so I prefer to care for pets that are fully vaccinated. You can trust that your pet will be in the best hands—because with me, they will always be part of my family.
