My sidekick is a sweet 3 year old 'Potcake' - Dominican hound and we are excited to welcome your pup into our Harvest Hills home. With Nose Creek pathway as our backyard your dog will enjoy two daily walks, fun sniffing adventures and trips to different on leash and off leash parks. Back at home, we keep things upbeat with doggy puzzles, hide and seek treat games, chuck it ball time and a toy basket that's never empty. Expect a happily tired pup by bedtime - complete with nightly brushings and plenty of cuddles.&nbsp;
&nbsp;I'm experienced with senior dogs, pups needing medication (oral and injectable) and shy and anxious dogs who need that extra reassurance.&nbsp;
I provide long- term stays for travellers, snowbirds or extended work trips.&nbsp;

She is fully vaccinated, well socialised with other dogs and children and she has gone through basic dog training. We love to go for walks several times a day! I would love to include your dog in our adventures and offer you peace of mind knowing your furry friend is well cared for and having a great day with new friends. It's important that your dog enjoys other dogs and children between the ages of 8-18 as I have two children often at home. My schedule is flexible and can easily accommodate last minute dog walking requests. I have a split-level home and fenced yard so separation and safe outdoor space are readily available. I am near city trails for calm, stimulating, safe walks.&nbsp;

My name is Shannon. I'm an animal lover and mom to 3 cats; Fred, George, and Ginny; all Orange tabbys named after famous characters (any guesses? ).&nbsp;
Our family lost our beloved Gryffin, a black Labrador, earlier this year and we are missing the presence of having a pup in the house but not ready, or able, to get a dog of our own. 
I would enjoy helping families out by offering to watch your baby while you're traveling,  at an event, or just wanting to have a day to yourself.&nbsp;
I love and I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes...bring on the drool.  Our home is close to Fish Creek park and we have a fully fenced yard with green space.&nbsp;
As said, I have cats whom are comfortable with dogs except Ginny who will politely excuse herself and hide under the bed. 
I will only accept dogs whom are vaccinated.   Dogs will only be taken out on a lead with ID tags.  Safety is important. 🦺

My love for animals has lead me to here.  I have fostered for CHS for 4 years dealing with reactive, shut-down and special needs dogs.  I am Canine CPR- First Aid Certified. My style is calm yet firm only showing love and affection catering to the needs of each dog. I live in a quite neighborhood next to a big dog park( with the option to go) and plenty of safe routes to walk. I have 2 dog friendly cats that will be present or not depending on the dog(s). My cats have their own room and so can the dog(s) if needed. My cats are non reactive and independent. I have/can care for all sizes dogs of all ages. I will care for pups too young to be vaccinate but all other dogs must be vaccinated.&nbsp;

I was raised on a small hobby farm and was responsible for many farm animals and pets over the years. It has been pigs, sheep, cats, dogs, gerbils, rabbits, ducks and chickens. I was also my family and neighbourhood dog care taker.
I've taken care of many types of dogs from puppies to seniors, the pullers like huskey mixes, giants like bull mastiff mixes, dogs who just enjoy sitting near a park bench watching everything go by, or even dogs that don't enjoy that skateboard or person running.
I enjoy working with animals and learning each of their own body languages, personalities and dislikes/likes.
I have a very calm personality and like using positive reinforcement.
I hope when I meet your pet, they will be excited to visit or go on a walk.
I want to keep them happy if it's just a pee break and play, a long sniff walk, or a relaxing stay at my home for any type of pet.

I live in apartment with my husband and one of us is always at home full-time, so pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. We have huge field few steps away from my place and I provide out door walks as individual needs.
