I live in a quite neighborhood next to a big dog park( with the option to go) and plenty of safe routes to walk. I have 2 dog friendly cats that will be present or not depending on the dog(s). My cats have their own room and so can the dog(s) if needed. My cats are non reactive and independent. I have/can care for all sizes dogs of all ages. I will care for pups too young to be vaccinate but all other dogs must be vaccinated.&nbsp;

My name is Cait, and I have extensive experience in pet care, having had a variety of pets since my young childhood. I have worked very briefly in a doggy daycare and do feel comfortable watching multiple animals at once.I live in an apartment with a roommate and cannot pet sit at my residence. I'm located in downtown Calgary and take transit, I do not have a driver's license.I have a full time job and will be out of the house for upwards of 9 hours a day depending on where you are located and what transit is like.My own pets over the years have been multiple guinea pigs, degus, gerbils, fish, cats, and two large breed dogs. Currently I have a millipede, her name is Todd. Her care does not impede my ability to pet sit for you. I love all animals, and animals usually like me as well, but I tend to have a very good connection with cats in particular.I'm happy to care for animals that have special needs, and I have experience administering oral medications to dogs. I have not had the experience of administering injections to animals, but I do have experience with a diabetic relative and am confident that I can manage your pets’ needs.I also have experience with senior animals, reactive dogs, and juvenile animals. I have very limited dog training skills and feel comfortable handling a dog that may not yet be fully trained but only needs some reinforcement of existing training.Most of my pet sitting has been for family and friends, but I was a pet sitter on Pawshake a few years ago and I have done petsitting for clients through it.In regard to dog walking, my day job doesn't schedule the same days off every week, and I work a variety of shifts from mornings to evenings, so while I can offer occasional dog walking, I am not ideal if you need a consistent, regular dog walker.

I'm Diane, and basically I would love to have a cat but never could : too many life changes, and living in buildings where it was never allowed kept me from this project.  I have a really good instinct with animals in general and took care of the cats in my family : we had 2 ! Lois and Eva for 10 years but I sadly left them in south of France where I come from. Miss them a lot...  Please, note that I only do cats and eventually small other pets like rabbits, chinchillas, or hamster. 
My favorites games with them : pickaboo, chase me chase you. I have a lot of love to give to animals, and my dream would be to have my own place and to do cat yoga workshops!!

As a 'French touch', if you’re okay with it, I can even prepare a typical French "Petit Pot-au-Feu" for your dog (a healthy slow-cooked mix of lean meat and carrots) to make them feel extra loved while you're away.I’ll treat your dog with the same care and love I gave my own family dogs back home. I've been loving animals since I can remember. Growing up, I was the go-to around the neighborhood for friends and loved ones who needed their pets looked after, and that's only continued into my adulthood. I have taken care of the furry friends of friends and strangers alike (cats, dogs, fish, salamanders), and my longest live-in sitting job was for a week and a half (for two high-energy schnauzer-doodle mixes).
I am a student at MRU, and the vast majority of my day is open for house visits or walks. I am available in the mornings, afternoons, evenings - essentially just whenever you need someone to pop in. I'm also available for overnight care on nights that I am not working at my library job. My husband takes care of the house and our cats whenever I'm watching pets overnight, so all is taken care of on that front.
I currently have two cats of my own - Seth and Astrid - and they are the lights of my life. I've also owned Guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, and geckos, so I'm well versed in the care of small animals. I have experience with disabled animals (one of my cats is deaf, so I understand alternative methods of communication with animals), and experience with behavioural issues or difficult personalities (my other cat has extreme anxiety around people, so we have had to adapt our lives in order to help her be comfortable.) I also have experience walking reactive dogs, though I would prefer not to unless I understand their personalities and triggers better.

Howdy! My name is Vanessa, I moved to Calgary in May 2022. I love the mountains, road trips, camping&nbsp; and outdoor activies. I live in Bankview with my boyfriend and our senior citizen dog. Her name is Lili, she's a 14 years old chihuahua-daschund. I have always loved animals and have had a few growing up, cats, hamster, rabbit and dogs.
Me and my boyfriend started cat sitting our neighbor's adorable 3 cats. We loved going there to feed them, play with them, hangout for a bit and clean their litter boxes. She moved away and we miss hanging out with the cats and taking care of them! That's why I decided to become a pet sitter with Pawshake. I&nbsp;have taken care of numerous pets for friends and family over the years.
I currently offer cat sitting with visits available once a day. Services include refilling and cleaning food/water dishes, cleaning litter box, brushing them and playing with them. I will also send photos so you know your fur babies are well.
