Top cities for cat sitting in Canada

Many cat owners will understand that cats can be fussy and prefer their own home environment rather than an unfamiliar place like a cattery or cat hotel. Although some cats can adapt to cat boarding if they have to, most cats become stressed when transported somewhere new.

This is where a friendly Mississauga Pawshake cat feeder or carer can help. Our Mississauga cat sitting expert can come and visit your cat while you are away on holiday or at work. A cat sitter can even stay overnight if required, which is far less stressful than sending your feline friend to a cattery for cat boarding. Whether you just need a sitter for a couple of hours or someone to visit each day for a week, our Mississauga cat sitters can tailor their service to suit you and please even the fussiest kitty.

Although most cats are independent, having a cat carer visit has a lot of benefits. Your chosen Pawshake cat sitter can feed, freshen up the water bowl, tidy the litter tray, and spend quality time with your cat. And unlike a cattery or cat hotel, your cat can chill out in their own familiar space.

Finally, every booking with Pawshake is with a verified carer and includes the Pawshake Guarantee and veterinary coverage, so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your feline companion!

Having 20 years experience as pet owner and pet sitter, I consider myself a very responsible and dedicated pet sitter with experience in caring for dogs, cats and others like hamsters, rabbits and even guinea pigs! I will pay attention to the routine, comfort, and safety of your animal, always following the instructions that are given.
I recently moved to Port Credit, Mississauga, where there are several amazing spots to walk with pets: the Bureckner Rhododendron Gardens or the JC Saddignton Park, just a few minutes walk from my home. It's a really peaceful place, filled with trails, trees and fresh air!
I take care of feeding, walking, hygiene, and companionship, respecting each pet's personality and rhythm. Every detail counts and therefore I am always paying attetion to observe the animal's behavior to ensure that it is calm and well cared. I will also assure that your space doesn't stay messy while taking care of your pet!
In order to make you feel calm and safe, I prioritize a regular communication, sending messages and photos so that you can have peace of mind during your absence and be assured that your pet is in good hands. 🫂
I'm available to meet your requirements and make you and your pet happy with my job! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me here!

I have experience with dogs of all breeds, mixes and sizes. I have training experience and feel confident that with this experience I can work with each dog's individual training level. I also have experience with cats, small animals and some reptiles. I will take pride in making sure your pets are happy and well taken care of and follow all directions to achieve this and give you as their owner piece of mind while away from your pets. I enjoy getting to know your pets and building a loving, happy and trusting relationship with your pets so we can enjoy our time together.
Training services are offered as an add on for focused training. If adversive tools are being used they must be fitted properly and being used appropriately.
I am able to administer various types of medications. I do require all pets to be updated on all vaccinations.
Dogwalks will be around the clients neighborhood. We will walk trails, parks, neighborhood streets. I always give fresh water and update owners regarding activity, potty, and any other info required or requested. 30 mins or 60 mins time slots.
Drop-in visits will be 30 mins or 60 mins slots. These visits will allow me to play with your pet, clean litter, refresh water and food. I don't mind watering a few plants or grabbing mail but please be aware this is included in the timeframe booked.
