Hi! I’m Sawa, and I absolutely adore spending time with pets. I know some pets can be shy or a little nervous at first, so I always take things slow and let them gradually warm up to me at their own pace. I love creating a calm, friendly, and safe space, using gentle words, soft gestures, and plenty of patience. During visits, I provide feeding, playtime, and lots of attention, making sure each pet feels comfortable, happy, and loved. I enjoy getting to know their unique personalities and building trust, so they feel safe, cared for, and appreciated. I also love sending cute photos and updates to owners, so you can see your furry friend relaxed and enjoying themselves. My goal is to make every visit fun, stress-free, and full of love. I really can’t wait to meet your adorable companion and spend some happy, memorable time together!

I’m totally up for active walks. If your dog has energy and wants a proper walk (not just a slow circle around the block), I’m here for it. I like being active, so it’s a win-win. But if your dog is older or just prefers a calm, easy walk, that’s completely fine too. I’m happy to adjust and go at whatever pace makes them comfortable.
I’m pretty flexible with my schedule — different times of day, different walk lengths, even last-minute requests if you suddenly need help.&nbsp;
I’ve had dogs in my own life - a Labrador and a Shih Tzu. My Labrador is very energetic, so I’m used to handling strong, active dogs who need proper exercise during walks. My Shih Tzu had mobility issues later on, and I cared for her daily — including walks with a dog wheelchair when she couldn’t use her back legs. That experience taught me patience, attentiveness, and how important it is to adapt to a dog’s physical needs.
I’ve also regularly walked medium-sized dogs for friends and acquaintances when they needed help, so I’m comfortable with different temperaments and energy levels.
I’m a university student doing this part-time because I really like it.&nbsp;

I know trusting someone with your dog is a big deal, and I don’t take that lightly.

My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from a very personal place. I truly miss my dogs back home, I have six dogs, and being away from them while studying has been one of the hardest adjustments for me. Caring for animals has always been a meaningful part of my daily life, and pet sitting allows me to fill that space while doing something joyful, comforting, and purposeful in my spare time.
I want to help pet parents feel at ease knowing their pets are safe, loved, and well cared for while they are away. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and my goal is to be a reliable and attentive sitter so owners don’t have to worry about their “babies” at home.
While I may not have formal experience as a professional pet sitter, I have extensive hands-on experience from caring for my own six dogs. I have always been responsible for preparing their food, giving medication when needed, brushing their fur, and making sure they are comfortable and happy. Weirdly enough, I even found joy in laying on the floor with them—something my dogs loved and something that reminded me how meaningful simple companionship can be.
