She lets you know what times she will arrive and depart, let’s you know when she arrives, takes photos, sends reports on your pet’s condition, and is very accommodating when circumstances beyond your control change. "Sarah was a godsend. I’ve never left my furbabies before but they really liked her from their first meeting, giving me all the reassurance they would be in good hands during my holiday. Excellent communication, which greatly eased my anxiety. It’s hard to find people who are experienced with disabled cats as well as high-anxiety ones. Highly recommend Sarah! "
