My name is Mostapha Atif, and I truly enjoy caring for pets and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. I currently live in Calgary and work in landscaping, but pet sitting has become something I really enjoy doing in my free time. I love spending time with animals, taking dogs for walks, and giving them attention so they feel relaxed just like they are at homeI.  have experience caring for different types of dogs, including large and friendly breeds such as Golden Retrievers, as well as small and medium-sized dogs. My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from my love for animals and the satisfaction of helping pet owners feel at ease when they need someone reliable to care for their pets.  Born at the Royal Colombian Hospital in New Westminster, BC but raised in Calgary, AB, and after taking all the psych, philosophy, English/poetry, Math, &amp; linguistics courses at Mount Royal College, I became a professional student! So, at 22 I moved to BC and was involved in the hospitality industry as a bartender/server (manager &amp; music bingo host) for 14 years before finding out I’m amazing as an Administrative Assistant for a family run label/sticker company, but alas I was still missing my passion. My soul sister in Calgary reminded me of my gift with animals and the urge to want to help people, so my adventure back to Alberta started in 2018….
 I have been surrounded by animals since I was born! From cats to dogs to snakes and geckos to bunnies and budgies to chinchillas and cockatiels to fish and frogs to hamsters and ferrets. I just love to help pets and their parents! 
 In 2018 I was accepted into the Veterinary Medical Receptionist program at Olds College in Olds, AB and graduated with Distinction It then, catapulted me into the AHT condensed 2-year program where I graduated with honours  and passed the VTNE (national exam) Good Friday Apr. 2022—it was a GREAT Friday  Feel free to verify my credentials on the ABVMA website, where I’m licensed as a Registered Veterinary Technologist (Donnelly)

Hi, nice to meet you!!  My names Autumn, I'm 25 and I've grown up with animals and always lived with joy having them in my life. I've had so many cats and dogs come in my life but still not enough!! I miss having those moments with animals and I'd love to be able to take care of your pets for you with you knowing that they are in good hands. I am very comfortable with different kinds of dogs/cats as I've done pet care on and off for the past 5 years and I worked in homes cleaning.  
I'm a very empathetic and caring person, so when it comes to animals I always am trying to make sure they are as happy as they can be. One of the dogs I had growing up was a German Shepherd/Border Collier mix and such a energetic dog always wanting to play catch even in the house, and stubborn as can be! I loved taking her to dog parks to run off all that energy and being able to see all the other adorable dogs nearby too.

I've been loving animals since I can remember. Growing up, I was the go-to around the neighborhood for friends and loved ones who needed their pets looked after, and that's only continued into my adulthood. I have taken care of the furry friends of friends and strangers alike (cats, dogs, fish, salamanders), and my longest live-in sitting job was for a week and a half (for two high-energy schnauzer-doodle mixes).
I am a student at MRU, and the vast majority of my day is open for house visits or walks. I am available in the mornings, afternoons, evenings - essentially just whenever you need someone to pop in. I'm also available for overnight care on nights that I am not working at my library job. My husband takes care of the house and our cats whenever I'm watching pets overnight, so all is taken care of on that front.
I currently have two cats of my own - Seth and Astrid - and they are the lights of my life. I've also owned Guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, and geckos, so I'm well versed in the care of small animals. I have experience with disabled animals (one of my cats is deaf, so I understand alternative methods of communication with animals), and experience with behavioural issues or difficult personalities (my other cat has extreme anxiety around people, so we have had to adapt our lives in order to help her be comfortable.) I also have experience walking reactive dogs, though I would prefer not to unless I understand their personalities and triggers better.

Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and even livestock like horses and cows. I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, and truly believe they’re not just pets — they’re family. Whether it’s a bouncy puppy, a chill senior, or a reactive dog who needs a little extra understanding, I’ve got the patience, confidence, and love to meet them where they’re at.

I offer both house sitting and boarding, depending on your needs. While I don’t have formal veterinary training, I’ve cared for dogs from puppyhood to their golden years and know how to spot when something’s off. When other people can’t be there, I love stepping in to give peace of mind and plenty of belly rubs. I do prefer vaccinated or titer-tested pets when hosting others in my home, but I’m happy to chat depending on the situation.
