As a long time pet owner I believe no home is complete without a dog and no outfit is complete without some dog hair.I have shared my home with dogs all of my life and understand the challenge of finding 'just like home' pet care when you need to leave your treasured pets. For the past three years I have been taking dogs into my home and providing a loving and safe environment for them. I have a fully enclosed backyard for them to play in and they get the run of the house. I started taking care of pets as a favour to our friends and family, but found that it's very rewarding and was advised to do it as a profession.I have experience with administering oral medication and topical care, special diets, managing senior dogs, etc.I also recognize the need for some pets to stay comfortable and relaxed during separation and as a result have also provided 'stay at home' care. I visit the home multiple times a day to ensure the care and attention required is provided.While pets are with us, they become one of the family and are included in our daily activities. Of course, ultimately, you will choose the length per walk, and the frequencies of the walks and visits, etc.We have a very energetic and playful 9 year old dog who enjoys visiting guests ( small and big ones) ; she's a mixed of English Bulldog and Miniature Dachschund, and weighs 28lbs; so I would ask that your dog play well with others.I prefer to provide one-on-one attention , unless your family owns more than 1 dog/cat; I do not pack walk.We can provide pick up and drop off services at your convenience. Depending on the distance from your home to ours, there will be an additional, but reasonable small fee for the pick up and drop off services. In regard to home visits, there will also be an additional charge if the one way distance from your home to ours is more than 10kms.

We are living in a Condominum that really close to ttc Leslie station, one bed room with open kitchen, 558 Sq Ft  with 110 Sq Ft Balcony, North York area. Since I 'm building up my own business, most of the time I can stay in home.I want to become a pet sitter, because I 'm the one who tried to find a good and reliable pet sitter for my guinea pig son, I have extensive experiences for look after small animals, therefore I 'm willing to use this ability to take care the other pets, when the pets' owner need help. Since I was small, I pet guinea pigs, turtles, birds, hamsters, goldfishes, mini shrimps, chickens, ducks, frogs, and I responsible for their daily clean up, feeding, taking them to vet when they don't feeling well. Of course, I play and spend time with them also. ^__^My currents pet is a naughty and smart guinea pig called DullDull in Hong Kong, and he will come to Toronto in 2024, therefore I have no pet in my house so far. I began my cat sitter and dog walker/sitter about 1 year ago when I replied to a public forum and began taking care of a cat for 6 weeks and walking my first two adorable dogs. The dogs owner started to tell everyone she knew about my dedication and how I treat her dogs and teach them commands. 
From there my business grew to walking over 12 dogs, sitting 5 dogs over a week to 3 months and take care of a cats.

I carry a supply of your pets treats with me and ensure my dog bag is also equipped with the treats each visit. I also discover their interest; for example, run the whole walk time, to chase birds, go on nature walks in a forest, go visit the pond, take different routes, walk to a pet store, be carried, go to a dog park. I focus on only the pets the owner has, that means your cat(s) or dog(s) is/are my focus. I will never be a dog walkers who takes various owners’ dogs at the same time. The only time I would have your pet(s) and another owners walk/sit is when are working on a skill related to comfort around other animals or the owners are related. . &nbsp;

Home Visits: With each home visit, I will take care of feeding, changing water, cleaning litter, and cuddling/playing/spending quality time with your pet as they desire. My priority is always your pet but I am happy to take care of small tasks like bringing in mail and can water indoor plants upon request. Door to door, I set aside 1hr for each visit.
I try to keep the radius I serve to a max 15min of travel time each way to ensure a 30min minimum visit with your pet.
Dog Walking: I'll take your pooch on a 30min walk of their regular route, with play time and offleash running as agreed upon. Once home again, I'll feed/water them as per your needs.
Fine Print: Home visits rates include one dog or up to three cats. For additional animals or longer visits, please inqure. I serve the east end within the approximate borders of Main St to the east, River St to the west, Mortimer Ave to the north and Dundas St to the south.
About Me: I am a freelance dance artist and licensed wedding officiant originally from Cape Breton Island. I lived in the Riverdale area for 10 years; I now live / work between Prince Edward County and Toronto and with my partner James have a rather amazing cat named Sophie - we couldn't imagine our household without her! Over the years I have travelled a lot with my work and am used to being in and caring for other people's spaces as if they were my own. That goes double for their animals - I have shared space with and cared for numerous pets of varying ages and needs and am always so aware of how much more at home I feel when there is an animal around, no matter where in the world I may be. I have had cats for all four decades years of my life and grew up with two wonderful dogs - respect for and engagement with animals has always been a part of my life.
