Hi!
My name is Georgia, I've just moved over to Toronto from Australia and missing my furry friends. In Australia I have volunteered as a foster carer for a greyhound rescue organisation and am hoping to continue to care for animals during my move over to Canada. When I am not fostering I have been doing a lot of house/pet sitting and can provide some excellent references, some of which you can see in my photos!
Through my foster carer role I have been exposed to lots of anxious and behaviour dogs and have cared for dogs and cats with lots of personality and behavioural quirks! I love to learn about your pets and adjust my routine to make sure they're comfortable and happy.
What services do I offer?
House & pet sitting: I'd love to continue do house sits and am open to short or long term sits. I have experience caring for up to 4 cats and dogs at a time and am happy to discuss any other pets you need cared for. I have experience giving oral medications and adheiring to medical diets so very happy to discuss these requirements with you! I treat each house like I would my own so am very happy to maintain garders, water plants ect. I am currently still settling into Toronto and yet to find a job which means I am available throughout the day to spend lots of time with your pets and love to get out and explore which means all the walks your dog could ask for!
Drop in service: I'd love to pop in and check on your pets, feed them and spend some time playing to ensure they're happy and comfortable while you can't be at home. My rate is based on 45 minutes - 1 hour per visit but happy to discuss your individual needs and I would be happy to add some extra duties such as watering your gardern or brining in mail.
Dog walking: Let me take your dogs on me while we explore Toronto together! I am confident in taking 2-3 pets at a time depending on their size and training level. My rates are based on an hour walk and I am happy to pick my own route or be guided in where you think you dog would most like to explore!
