Elif

Hello there! My name is Elif, and I'm your go-to pet sitter and dog walker. My journey with animals started in my childhood, growing up in a country known for its vibrant street animal culture. I fondly remember feeding and caring for those furry friends, despite not being able to have a pet at home due to my mom's fears.

Around five years ago, I welcomed a beloved cat into my life. Although he's no longer with us due to a heart condition, the bond we shared strengthened my love for animals. In addition to my feline companion, I've had the privilege of spending time on farms across Vancouver Island. Here, I not only cared for animals like horses, dogs, ducks, chickens, cats, goats, sheep, and cows but also helped rescue dogs in need. I lovingly fed them by hand, tending to their physical and emotional well-being, and worked tirelessly to find them new, loving homes.

Nature is my sanctuary, and my heart sings when I'm surrounded by animals. Dogs, in particular, hold a special place in my heart. Even though I'm currently juggling my studies, I'm passionate about providing love and care to pets, as I understand the financial constraints of pet ownership at this stage of my life.

I'm available in the mornings and afternoons and even late at night, after 9:30 PM mostly, to accommodate your pet's needs. I live with my sister, who shares my love for animals, and we have a pretty decent place for overnight pet guests. Your pet's happiness is my priority, and I can't wait to create a pawsitive experience for them.
