ABOUT US:

We are Vanessa and Gerry, a Canadian - Mexican dog-loving couple. We like other animals too, but dogs are superior. Just kidding we love all animals. They remind us to live in the present and force us to go outside for walks and enjoy the outdoors. We speak English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. We have been dog sitters since 2018, we have experience with all sizes and many different breeds. We have experience giving medication to dogs (oral and eye drops). All dogs are puppies to us, (some are just old puppies). We especially love affectionate dogs as we love to cuddle, play with them, pet them, and give belly rubs! We understand that your pet is your fur child and we will take care of them as if they were our own. We will ensure that your dogs are always safe, loved, and spoiled.

ABOUT OUR SERVICES:

We only take dogs that are house trained and don't pull when on a leash If that is the case your dog must be exceptional off the leash meaning he would respond to "come here" we just want to avoid to chase him at dog park. If a booking overlaps, we will confirm with everyone that their dog is comfortable and good with other dogs.

DOG SITTING:

Gerry works from home and Vanessa goes to school and works from home, so your pet would have to be trained to be alone for a couple hours a day so we can go do groceries, gym, etc..., Daycare dog as we both work from home, taking time for walks, playtime and belly rubs. We do not have a pet for now. Our guest pets are allowed to sleep on the couch and in our bedroom if they so desire. (Please bring them clean) Our bed is very high so we only let them onto it when supervised. We recently moved and are now located in Old Montreal, so your pup can have a fabulous vacation as well, oui oui! There are green spaces near us as well as the old port, plenty of dog photos and video opportunities. Photo and video updates are included. Flexible dropoff and pickup hours. 

BONUS: If your pet is extra lucky and the dates coincide, they get to come with us to the Laurentians, which is basically a dog spa (lots of space, grass, a lake, the woods). We cannot guarantee your dog will want to go home with you after their stay.

Day care: you bring your dog in the morning and pick them up at night. 

Dog Walks: we go to your place, walk your dog for 30mins (This service is only available for Old Montreal)

Home Visits: we are not offering this service at the moment. 

WHY CHOOSE US:

We are 2, so your baby will get double the attention.

Gerry works from home and Vanessa goes to school 3 days a week, so your dog has guaranteed attention, however we like to go for a bike ride or a swim most days so your dog must be good staying alone for a couple of hours. 

We live near many green spaces, ( canal, dog park, green alleyways, park).

We have a family country house in the Laurentians that we go to from time to time with the dogs we watch. If the dates coincide this place is dog heaven.

We take good photos and videos (Vanessa likes photography)

We are experienced: we have been puppysitting since 2008, small, medium, and large dogs, from 1 night to 4 weeks.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

- PHYSICAL THINGS: Your animal, their food, treats, food and water bowls, bed, poo bags, their toys, pipipads or dog diapers or medication, if applicable.

- INFORMATION TO PROVIDE: Instructions for feeding (amount, time) and walking (times, how many poos and pee walks a day), How are they with other dogs? How are they with other animals? How are they with children on walks? How are they around other people? Have they been 'sat' before? We also ask you to provide us with an emergency contact name and number as well as their vet's name and number.

- If your dog pulls when walking please let us know, or under which circunstances would they pull.
