Hi! My name is Veronika and I have been working as an Office Manager in a Veterinary Clinic for almost 2 years. During this time, I gained a tremendous amount of veterinary experience including taking care of pets, such as dogs and cats, supervising and mentoring the clinic staff, providing educational pamphlets to pet owners with sick or injured pets, etc. My commitment to expending my knowledge of animal care, both inside and outside of practice, helped to advance my career and quickly led me into the role of Office Manager. And I am not willing to stop on that!

I feel privileged to have the opportunity to help owners with their small friends when there is a need of that. I can also provide services in Ukrainian and Russian.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and 3 beautiful cats Masik, Grey and Simba, who, obviously, have 3 different HUGE personalities which makes it even more interesting!

I feel very organic and at ease around cats, and I do believe it is a mutual feeling! I am very passionate about my profession and strive to expend it to pet sitter position outside of my office job! LOCATION:

Unfortunately my only means of transportation are TTC & my feet so I am most likely to accept in-house bookings that are within walking distance or close to a subway station (Eglinton&Yonge) ❤️

IN-HOUSE VISITS (CATS):  

Will usually be 30-45 min to an hour long (duration is up to what your cat needs), either once or twice a day depending on what you would like. I will clean your kitty's litterbox, make sure they have clean water and enough food and sit around to play, cuddle and give them as much love as they want without overwhelming them or invading their personal space when they do not want to be interrupted. I also have experience with giving oral medication to cats, if required.  

DOG WALKING:

I will take your pup on an approximately 30 minute walk in your neighbourhood. I will happily pick up their poop, and if they need exercise run with them. I will not allow them to interact with other dogs if you are not comfortable with it, and we will only visit dog parks if you allow it!

IN-HOUSE VISITS (DOGS):

Will be approximately an hour long, half of which will likely be spent walking your dog if they're the type who likes long walks. I will make sure your dog has enough food and water, and that they receive as much playtime or cuddles as they're comfortable with. I can also provide oral medication if required.

HOUSE SITTING:

I think house sitting is a great way to make sure our little friends get enough attention and care when their owners are away, and it is always better to keep them at the environment they live in. I always make sure owner's comfort is priority and that private spaces are respected. I take pride in leaving a house in the exact same condition I left it. I will do all expected responsibilities as I would in a regular house visit (see above)
