An Early Childhood Educator and Forest and Nature School Practitioner, with plenty of experience taking care of dogs and working with families. An open, sunny home and plenty of playtime and excercise.

Before having two children, in 2017 and 2019, I regularly boarded dogs with Pawshake. I welcomed over 100 dogs into my home over the years. Our dog, Jack, recently passed away so we do not have any pets at the moment. 

I have worked in Childcare for 15 years, and am a Registered ECE with my CPR First aid. My years in childcare included 7 as a School Age head teacher, 1.5 as a nanny and the remaining in a Kindergarten/Schoolage class in Stittsville. My experience with children has given me a calm, patient demeanor and a desire to meet the varying needs of families. I'm currently working short 3 hour shifts in the afternoon which leaves me with plenty of time to take care of your beloved pup.

Just like children, every animal has different needs and personalities, and I aim to give quality, tailored care to the animals I'm responsible for. I live in a quiet area in Nepean with a fenced in yard and beauitful walking trails (pictured in slideshow) very near by. Plenty of our neighbours have dogs and we frequently meet on walks and playing outside.
