As a cat owner for the majority of my life, I have always been happy to catsit for friends and family. My main motivations are to extend that to people in need through Pawshake, and to meet and take care of new cat friends.

I have experience with very young cats, as well as very old cats, including cats in need of medication (including direct oral medication, eye drops, and medication via food). I always strive to connect with cats by taking enough time to be a calming (or stimulating) presence for them.

My current cat, Eliott, is a bright and lively 5 year old orange boy that requires a very strong emotional presence and plenty of distraction. Hestia, my recently deceased 18 year old cat, was a little gremlin with special needs that required (and deserved) a lot of special attention, including extra cleaning and daily medication.

I am available to catsit at the owner's residence in the larger Rosemont, Plateau, Hochelaga, and Mile End neighborhoods. I have availabilities mainly during weekends and week evenings (after 6pm), with flexibility when it comes to length of stay depending on the context and specific needs. As mentioned above, I can administer medicine to cats. I prioritize an open and transparent relationship with the cat owner to make sure all needs are met.

I speak French, English, and Czech fluently.
