I’ve had animals since I was a child - hamsters, turtles, birds, dogs, cats, horses, fish, snakes, bunnies, ducks, bearded dragons & more!

As a teen I worked in a dog kennel, as well as doing grooming. As an adult, I took on stray cats needing rehoming including fostering for the Clarington Humane Society. I always ended up adopting the senior kitties who need homes and were likely not going to be adopted for end of life.

I currently have my own 10 month old GSD & a 12 y/o American Eskimo Cross whom is a retired emotional support dog!

I’m fully capable of feeding, bathing, grooming & caring for your dog. I have experience in giving medication orally as well and some physio for senior dogs with hip issues. I have no issues with dogs who may have incontinence either! I am very experienced with senior dogs who are high need. I don’t have a lot of puppy experience outside of my own dogs growing up, and currently training my 10 m/o GSD, but I love learning about more techniques.

I like hiking in new spots but find Warbler and Komoka great for the dogs, trips to the dog friendly beaches at the Pinery, love throwing a ball or swimming with pups.

I also dabble in photography and would love to provide you great shots of your pet - I love capturing dog smiles. If you have an end of life pet, I provide free pet portrait sessions.

My rates are based on DOGS. I wish they would allow a separate rate for cats or other animals. What I can do is change the price so PLEASE reach out if you have another animal and we can discuss a different rate!

I do overnight house sitting, but I do not provide 24/7 care as I have many dogs and cats that I do med checks, feeding & walks & my own dogs. Please be detailed with your request if it is something like that to see how I can best book and accommodate you!!
