Hello and welcome to my profile! I am a 26-year-old marketing professional with a passion for animals. I started cat-sitting informally for friends over 5 years ago during my time studying at the University of Toronto. I then started fostering cats with the Toronto Humane Society during the pandemic lockdowns. I quickly gained experience caring for cats with medical issues, senior cats, and cats as young as 1 year old. Through training with the Foster Department at the shelter, I learned about cat behaviour, body language, and special needs. I continue to learn about cats not only through fostering but also by writing biographies for the adoptable animals for the THS website! 

I would love to take care of your cat with 1 or 2 daily visits. I work a 9-5 job downtown, so I will visit before and after work. I am happy to go above and beyond to provide the best possible care! Of course your cat will receive fresh food, water, litter, etc., and they will also receive love, cuddles, and playtime in your abscence. I can trim nails, groom, and administer oral medication. I am also happy to bring in your mail/packages, water plants, and send you many photos of kitty so that you are kept updated on how they're doing. 

My previous foster, Hank, was an energetic 1-year-old who required intensive playtime. Before him, I fostered 17-year-old Sophia who had kidney disease and came over to lie on my lap every time I sat down. As with all the cats who have been in my care, I take pride in gaining their trust and providing the best possible quality of love and attention.
