Hi there!
I'm Selin :) I come from a city where we have lots and lots of street cats & dogs. It was hard not to see any cats or dogs outside on the street to pet when I moved here! Growing up, I had 5 cats around me and I am very lucky to have been friends with those lovely souls. I come from an animal lover family and I currently have a black & white kitty at home. Unfortunately, she lives abroad and I don't get to see her often.
In terms of the services I offer, I will be giving close attention to your pet whenever I am responsible for them. If your pet needs to stay at my house, I will be providing sufficient daily exercises, pottie breaks, fun times, and lots of cuddles & belly rubs. I live in a condo and I usually take pets out to the park nearby, which usually occurs 2-3 times a day. I have a balcony with long poles, not in the reach of animals, which I mostly keep closed. My house does not pose any danger to your pet, and I will ensure my home is a warm and positive environment for them :)
I will be starting my Master's at University of Toronto in September 2021 and my schedule is and will be mostly open to pet sitting/walking/other services.
I am also fully available on the weekends and holidays.
In terms of walks and home visits, I would be able to spend up to an hour with your pet or more if needed.
I miss spending time with pets and would love to do so with yours! I am willing to travel in the city to come to your home and take care of the 4 legged one. I have lots of parks around where I live and I am more than happy to take the dogs there as well :) Please take your time and go over my profile. Celine was a godsend in what was a rough situation. We had made arrangements for our 14yr old labrador retriever with a family member, as we were traveling abroad. Zeus (our senior fur baby) has arthritis in his back legs, stomach sensitivities and a cough from tracheal inflammation. Needless to say, he needs loads of love, attention, and care.
Our previous arrangements ended in disaster, and we were left desperately seeking alternative options for Zeus as we were only a few days into our trip, and a world away. Thankfully, I came across Celine's profile. From the beginning, she was quick to reply and get on the phone to understand the situation. This attentiveness and consistent communication became a staple of our interactions throughout Zeus' boarding with her, as she provided me with loads of updates on how he was faring.
She's quick-thinking, attentive to the dogs AND their pawrents, and honestly amazing throughout. Your pet will be safe with her.
Additional details: Zeus was in bad shape by the time he landed with Celine, so she was tossed into a messy situation with a dog that needed loads of care and attention. And she did amazingly. Not only by giving Zeus his supplements to keep his arthritis pain less but also by managing his cough and knowing when to lower the dose or increase it as per his symptoms. She was quick to act on suggestions I provided (like adding more protein to his diet), even when that involved running errands like actually buying the protein, providing me a receipt for reimbursement, and cooking the meat. Celine really cared for Zeus, and over the days I could tell he got better and better. She even managed to get him on a proper feeding/pooping schedule so he had less in-house accidents (something that became an issue as the family member let him do stuff indoors). By the time I got my baby. back, he was. healthy and in one. piece and so incredibly happy to be with us. I'll forever be thankful to Celine for her amazing help with him, and for making his stay as pleasant as possible.
I was looking for dog boarding for my dog at a short notice. Celine was super awesome to Debbie. She kept me updated via constant pictures. She even shared videos of cuddling Debbie to sleep. She was very flexible with accommodating drop off and pickup times requested by me.
I would highly recommend Celine.
