"We are super satisfied with the service offered by Rui. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our vacation peacefully knowing that our cat Oscar was in good hands.
She took great care of him and took great care to follow all our instructions for his food and medications. She even knew how to find a solution for Oscar to take his pill every day even though it's difficult to give him even for us.
We also had regular news (morning and evening) and lots of photos. Rui was also available throughout the day if we had any questions.
In addition to taking great care of Oscar, she took good care of our appartment and it's a pleasure to return from a trip to a clean house.
We have nothing but compliments to say about Rui's service and will definitely recommend her to our loved ones. We will also do business with her for our next vacation with pleasure."

"Valène a été absolument incroyable. Elle a fait preuve de patience car mon chat n'était pas facile au début mais ça ne l'a pas découragée, elle a su me rassurer et en même temps elle a pris le temps de s'adapter à mon chat et finalement ils sont devenus les meilleurs amis. Ça n'aurait pas pu être possible sans son calme face à la situation m, sa patience encore une fois et surtout son amour pour les animaux. Je la recommande à 100%, vous pouvez lui faire confiance les yeux fermés. "

"I could not recommend Liam enough. We needed a sitter to look after our senior, disabled dog who is partially paralyzed. It's a big job as our (big) dog needs help to move around, eat, drink, and use the bathroom. Because of this, we're very particular about who we leave him with. From the very beginning, Liam was communicative, asking good questions about Hippo's needs. He gave our Hippo a ton of care and attention and was very patient with him. He really paid attention to what Hippo needed, adjusted his care based on how his medical condition was progressing, and sent us regular updates. We know Hippo got a ton of love and attention during his time with Liam. He also left our house clean and tidy, with fresh linens on the bed and fresh towels laid out for our return. I'd recommend him to anyone. "

"Arrêtez de chercher, Alexis est LA perle rare! Il est venu à la maison pendant 2 semaines pour prendre soin de mes 2 chiens et de mon chat! Alexis est digne de confiance, responsable, débrouillard, serviable et je m’arrête ici, car je pourrais continuer encore longtemps!! Il a pris soin de mon petit zoo comme si c’était ses animaux! Il m’a tenu au courant tout au long de notre voyage! J’étais vraiment rassurée! Voyez par vous même: mon chien a eu le malheur se rencontrer Mme moufette pendant notre absence. J’ai arrêté de compter le nombre de bain qu’Alexis a donné au chien, en plus de nettoyer la maison. Ensuite, infection a un oeil pour le chat….rv chez le vétérinaire (qu’il a pris lui même) pour finalement l’annuler, car ses traitements de compresse d’eau chaude sur l’oeil 2/jour est venu à bout de l’infection. Non, mais franchement peut-on trouver quelqu’un d’aussi compétent? Je suis satisfaite à 150%. Merci Alexis, tu es un pro!! "

"Leticia stayed at our house with our doggie for the weekend (3 nights) and did an amazing job. Dakota is always a bit hesitant with strangers and she took the time to get him comfortable - and boy it was clear he was a happy dog! She sent pictures and videos of lots of walks so I would be comfortable he was okay. If your looking for a walker or a sitter, you absolutely can’t go wrong with her - she’s a gem. "

"Claudia est la personne idéale nous referons appel à ses services avec grand plaisir. Ponctuelle, réactive, consciencieuse, méticuleuse, patiente avec notre chat, nous lui avons laissé notre Kingston et notre appartement pendant plusieurs jours tout s’est très bien passé. Elle nous envoyait régulièrement des photos et vidéos, et lors de notre retour notre chat était déçu de ne pas voir Claudia à notre place lorsque nous sommes rentrés!
