Hi, My name is Arturo, I come from Chile and I am a Psychology PhD Candidate at de U of A. Right now, my living situation does not allow me to adopt a dog (I do have to travel Internationaly from time to time) so I am looking for a way to stay in touch with furry friends, go on long walks to distract me from work and also help you whenever you need some extra help with your dog. This also helps me build a resume and experience for whenever I am able to adopt a dog here, so I am looking foward to meet al kinds of dogs.

I have experience with younger and senior dogs, including things such as giving them special foods, pills and dealing with separation anxiety. Due to my line of work, I spend a lot of time at home so if your pet is staying with me, they will be in good company pretty much all the time. I've been pet sitting asnd walking for about 3 years here in Canada, but this is my first time working within an app :)

I am usually available afternoon and evenings, but given my line of work, my times are pretty flexible so I can be available during mornings if we talk about it with enough anticipation.

I usually walk 30-40 minutes, trying to give as much time for the dog to sniff around and explore the surroundings. If you have a usual walking route or routine please let me know, I think it helps specially when meeting a new dog, and I would not like to takw them to unfamiliar surroundings (unless that is something they might enjoy, of course). I can do house visits once we get to know each other :)
