With over ten years of boarding experience, I have a great understanding of dog behaviour and care. I am dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable space for dogs to play, relax and be loved like they are my own.
My two teenagers and myself are lovers of all animals but dogs hold a special place in our hearts. We have always wanted another dog, so boarding will give us the opportunity to experience a variety of dogs and their wonderful differences in personality.
I have experience with all manner of dogs; young and old, energetic and lazy, anxious and calm, as well as training where needed. I have experience administering medications as well as caring for a dog who experienced seizures. I have a calm and peaceful energy that dogs pick up on and I have an easy time bonding with all dogs. One good walk is all that I need to establish a good rapport with them and that is the first thing I do when a dog is dropped off for boarding.
I am a home body with plenty of time and affection to give and I have a fenced backyard which is great for play time. I am active and go for regular runs, so if your little buddy has energy to burn, he/she will absolutely love me. I see it as an achievement after going for a run or long walk to see a dog splayed out on the cold floor, huffing and puffing. A well-exercised pup is a happy pup.

Ryan was a great sitter for Rupert for the week we were away. He sent plenty of updates and pictures that assured us that our dog was in great hands.
I assume most people think of their own pets as a handful, but Ryan’s positive attitude and enthusiasm made it feel as though looking after Rupert was a breeze. Thanks Ryan!
