I deeply love all animals, with cats being my particular weakness!

I've had cats my whole life, and was lucky enough to spend 20 years with my recently passed cat, Ginger. Now senior cats have a very special place in my heart. I have the patience and softness to care for animals with different needs because of my experience caring for my geriatric baby Ginger, a cat of mine who has ptsd from an abusive home prior to being with me, and now with a newer addition who is the biggest goofball menace.

Many people comment on my abilitity to connect with cats, and ones that typically struggle with being approached/approaching. I truly feel an unspoken understanding with them- and with my sweet misunderstood traumatized cat, I know when it is paramount to respect an animals space/ boundaries rather than try to win them over for ego--- something I have found hard to find in a pet-sitter myself. I have cat-sat for many friends and neighbours over the years, and have decided to open it up further because I truly just love hanging out with cats, and I

I also grew up with a VERY high energy Jack Russell Terrier (more like terror!), have spent countless times caring for a siblings nervous and sweet Mastiff/Sheppard. I always love the change of pace dogs bring for me, the energy and routine caring for them gives is welcomed.

So, if you have a senior animal who needs a quiet gentle caregiver (for administering medication, grooming, cleaning up accidents, particular dietary needs..etc), or a straight up gremlin who has very strange and particular ways of being played with- I am your guy.

I am available for house-visits, and/or stays within a couple km. My schedule is very flexible, even during the holidays.

I am always down to grab a coffee before a decision is made. I know how stressful it is finding someone to trust with our babies
