Hi!
My name is Mélanie and I love animals and nature! I have 2 cats that I walk daily without a leash (when it's not raining)! They listen to me because we mutually respect each other and are mutually loving towards one another. Animals are very often attracted to me and they always awaken the inner child within me! I also baby sit a friend's dog from time to time and she absolutely loves having me all to herself! We run together, play together and cuddle!
I believe a loving touch and communication are very important with animals...the same could be said of humans!
I decided to become a pet sitter and walker during my free time to give love to dogs and cats so that they don't feel alone. If I could, I would have many more cats, dogs,chickens, horses and live on a farm. I have 2 cats and one puppy! I love nurturing them.
If I walk your dog or become a pet sitter for your pets, you can be sure that I will be giving them all the necessary love and much more. I am very playful and very gentle. I have experience with both cats and dogs.
I am a French Instructor and an entrepreneur. As my schedule changes from week to week, I prefer a time range instead of a specific time. I am free on most week-ends and most days of the week either in the afternoon or evening.
I can visit your home to take care of your dogs and cats for an 1h to 2h morning and evening depending on the day as well as feed/give medication/play with your loved ones. I can also take your dogs out on walks ranging from 30 mins to 1h.

We felt very confident leaving the kitties in Mélanie’s care, especially after having a great meet & greet. She was very conscientious to update us with photos and text messages so we were aware of how the kitties were doing each day. She is very lovely and kind, and we were thankful to have her on such short notice.
Melanie was wonderful at keeping me updated and wonderful with the cats! I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her to others! Pawshake was easy and I was confident my pets would be in good hands
