My name is Ellie.

Animals have always been apart of my life. I grew up on farm caring for multiple animals and species at a time, in university I worked with animal welfare organizations to create educational content for people who care for animals. I have also worked as a lead pet care specialist at a boarding and daycare facility responsible for 80+ dogs and cats at a time.

I am also trained and comfortable administering medications (injections, pills, syringes etc.) to multiple species. I have regularly had to safely handle, groom, treat, and perform first aid and basic husbandry for a variety of species. And have both my pet first aid certification, and a certification in Animal Behaviour and Welfare from the University of Edinburgh, and Dog Emotion and Cognition from Duke U.

I am currently working as a dog walker and pet sitter on the north shore while also doing photography work. My photography work benefits you, as you'll receive plenty of pictures of your pet while in my care!

I absolutely adore all animals and are dedicated to providing the best care possible to all animals.

Open to dog walking, pet sitting, and bathroom breaks. I am also happy to water plants, check the mail and other basic tasks while you're away. Sadly I am unable to host pets at my home, but open to other possibilities, feel free to ask.
