I've taken care of pets especially dogs and cats since I was 7. My neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to sit, walk, train in basic commands, bathe, and feed their pets. I personally never had a dog or cat at home just because my mother was against it as it would be added responsibility on my parents if I had to work and move out which I understood. I trained many stray dogs and cats as pets and played with and fed them daily. I have also volunteered at BlueCross animal shelter for 4.5 years helping them with sitting, adoption, grooming, feeding, etc. of several animals like camels, eagles, donkeys, cattle, rodents, and birds other than dogs and cats. My home back in India is a mini bird sanctuary since 2019 where we currently house rescued baby parrots and several stray birds that visit every day for feed and chitchat. I consider Nature and all animals my friends and I know they consider me one too. Even though I'm new to Canada and don't own a pet while having walks outside dogs run to me as if they know me without former introduction.

I am currently staying as paying guest so cannot host a pet at my place. I can walk, house-sit a pet at your home and drop in on any day of the week as of now. 

Housesitting includes me staying overnight at your home. Your pet may feel safest in their own environment, plus you have the peace of mind of knowing that a professional pet sitter is there to provide them with the best care possible. I always consider them my friends and love them as my own. Housesitting also includes at least two walks per day (30 minutes each), play and cuddle time, maintenance of your pet’s regular food and schedule, and oral medication administration. If your pet has additional or special needs, please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate them. Looking forward to working with you and your pet.

Few questions for the pet parents:

Please let me know as much as you can about your dog's personality, energy level, and specific habits. How are they around other people? How do they react to other dogs? While walking, are they allowed to mingle with other dogs?
Also, let me know if you go away on a regular basis and how your dog has reacted in the past. Please let me know about any issues they have with food or any allergies. What kind of food do they like, if you have them on a regular schedule, and what do you give them in terms of treats? Their favorite toys they like sleeping with or playing with etc.
Please let me know of any health issues and any medication they are taking. Overall, I want as much information as possible so that I can maintain your pet's routine and schedule while you're away and be able to take great care of them.
