Hello there! I'm Melissa, a devoted animal lover from Barrie with over 15 years of experience in pet care. For as long as I can remember, I've been everyone's go-to gal for all things pet-related precisely because of my passion and love for animals. Friends and family have constantly trusted me with their furry loved ones, and I've never let them down!

My daily routine can range from dog walking, boarding and doggy daycare to house visits and house sitting. My golden retriever enjoys the company! I understand that some dogs may be timid or anxious so I can provide solo walks upon request as well. Ensuring the absolute well-being, happiness, and safety of your pet while under my care is my foremost priority.

May also extend to special feeding like bottle-feeding and specific diets, to caring and administering medication to fosters at a local non-profit organization where I often volunteer.

I offer myself to work with a diverse range of pets, from dogs and cats to exotic animals and others, providing a range of duties including Animal First aid/CPR, administering oral medication for dogs, taking care of senior or special needs animals, providing daily high energy exercises, along with brushing their teeth and fur.

I'm available all week from morning till night. I can start immediately and bring the employer's pet to my home for care. However, I must mention that I cannot travel or relocate due to commitments in Barrie, but I do have my vehicle and a driver's license for easy commuting inside the city. I’m willing to commute for the right job, but only temporarily.
