"This is the second time Claudia had cat sat Maximus but this time he cat boarded at her place. Claudia is exceptionally friendly and professional and knows cats very well. Her place is very friendly for cats including shy and fussy cats like my Maximus. We were given daily updates and she kept us aware of how he was settling in. Maximus settled into her place and when I came to pick him up after 5 days, he was comfortably snoozing on her bed! When we were saying bye Maximus didn’t forget to boop her too, telling us that he had a great time with her too. She is the best cat sitter we’ve ever had and I know I’ll always come to her next time we’re away! "

"We were very pleased with Gail's care of our cat Willow. She was very keen to get all the important information about our cat's needs and preferences before hand and communicated clearly about pick up and drop off times. She sent frequent updates with pictures and comments while we were away. We were worried about stressing our pet by being away but when we arrived back home with her she was back to her old self almost immediately. The thing we most appreciated about Gail was her familiarity with typical cat behaviour and she seemed to know all the tricks! She has a great cat tree and scratching areas for the cats. It's easy to see she loves cats and is a very caring pet sitter. We will definately be using her services again."

"Not only did she safely care for both of my cats, one of the cats vomited all day every day nonstop for several days due to severe separation anxiety. Eline had such a good attitude about it and was so patient. This caregiver is kind and attentive. It is the type of person you want to have around to protect your cat in emergencies and also make sure they are loved every day. She even sends us videos and photos so that we are not as sad and we can see how well the cats are doing. Very appreciative after a landlord was overwhelmingly cruel to my children and animals. Highly recommend Eline to anyone."

"My experience with Nadia was excellent and fantastic. She was calm, friendly, welcoming and accommodating as well as professional. Because my daughter's puppy has a bit of separation anxiety and was on heat. Nadia was in touch with me and kindly sent me photos of Nala while we were on vacation. It was Nala's first time being away for three days so I was afraid of her being very anxious and upset when I was picking her up from Nadia's place, instead, I saw a very calm, happy, and clean puppy when I saw her in leash with Nadia. Now I am happy for knowing a professional who can give very good and care to our puppy next time we need someone to take care of our dog."

"Felicity was an incredible dog sitter. She made me feel completely at ease by leaving the dog with her as she provided daily updates and photos of their adventures together. She followed my instructions for care and had amazing communication. My dog looked perfect when I picked him up and was very happy and well cared for even spoiled. "Emily took amazing care of my cat Sam while I was abroad for close to a month. This was my first time using cat boarding services and Emily was very reassuring by inviting me to stay for an hour as we slowly introduced my cat to this new environment. Emily has a lovely place with a private room for my cat that has a large window for birdwatching, a brand new cat tree, and boxes and shelves for my cat to enjoy. Sam also had access to the rest of the apartment and spent plenty of time laying right by Emily on the couch and sleeping in the bed. It was clear from the many pictures and updates Emily shared that Sam felt very comfortable around her and enjoyed her company. As Sam has kidney disease, I also very much appreciated Emily's help with administering his oral medication on a daily basis and ensuring he was eating enough of his prescription food. I am thankful for Emily's help with taking care of Sam and would love to work with her again."

"Crystal looked after Chico so well and she also kept us well updated regarding by daily sharing pics and updates. "My little shina just stayed the night with Julia. We loved her as a sitter, she was attentive and made sure to give our dog the attention and or space he needed in order to feel comfortable with her. She brought him out on plently of walks and she also stayed in great communication with me over the evening and sent a lot of photos. "Corey has been great with our 10 month old puppy. Pumpkin was a picky eater and Corey went for the extra mile cooking and adding vitamin oil in her food to stay healthy, which I really appreciated. She also tried a few things to make sure Pumpkin was hydrated. Corey took really good care of her, and they seemed to have a great time playing from the photos she sent us. Pumpkin will definitely love to see/stay with Corey again!"
