About Ilayda

My name is Ilayda, and I have lived with and looked after animals my entire life! My family back home takes care of eleven cats, two dogs, and many, many street animals, and I really miss having them around.
I strive to make your pet's experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible while you're away because I know just how hard it is for them to be apart from their family!
I love to cuddle and lounge, go on long walks, and have play sessions- whatever your pet likes best! I try to switch up the way I play with pets to keep them entertained or stick to their favourite toy if they prefer. Whatever they want to do, be it to play extra long outside or have a lazy day in, I'm happy to accompany them and address their needs to the best of my ability.
Experience
Cat care is second nature to me, and I can understand and act according to their behaviour and mood. I have also aided in the rescue, adoption, and medical care of street cats in need, administering oral medication, gently cleaning the goopy eyes of litters with conjunctivitis, and using eye drops and topical creams as directed by local vets. I am experienced in caring for;
If you have dogs, I would love to care for small/medium-sized breeds! I have taken care of my friend's and aunt's dogs several times (Chihuahuas and Poms), including daily walks and overnight stays. I am experienced in caring for;
Schedule
I live in North York and work for a software company near Union Station. My role is hybrid, meaning I only go to the office once a week (Mondays) and can comfortably visit and stay in your home as long as it does not overlap my 9-5 work hours.
