I am Niharika, an empathetic animal lover and have been gratefully surrounded by wonderful animals ever since I was born. I have had dogs all my life growing up- whether it was my grandparents or my own parent's - Thanks to my cheerfully benevolent family! ❤️

I work Monday to Friday, and I am available to care for your Fur Family over the Weekends (and between 18:30-20:00 on weekdays). Feel free to message me via PawShake 🐾 and we can go over how to fulfil your's and your precious pet's needs. :)

I am very easy going, responsible, diligent at my tasks, quick to action, observant, empathetic and caring. I find it very comforting and fulfilling to bond, communicate, understand and spend time with any animal- be it a dog or a cat and sometimes animals out and about who curiously come near me and I just love the experience. I have bonded with ease with the toughest pets and this is my biggest strength and gift. I can empathize and gain trust of our loved fur babies very fast and they love having me around.

I absolutely treasure the love, care and healing that these wonderful souls give us! I have had various dogs and animals as my family - German Shepherd-Sweety (my soul sister!), Lassa Apso-Elvis (my sweetheart), Cocker Spaniel-Leo (my present family dog with my parents), Labrador-Cherry (my nanny when I was born :), Love birds, Rabbit, Chickens, fish (my pet Betta fish-Ariel) and and at one point I was also taking care of Twin squirrel babies when I was a kid (after they lost their mama).

I have pet-sat my friend's and neighbhour's Dogs, Birds and Cats all the time as a kid and as an adult. And many a times, these beautiful fur friends just kept coming back to pay visits and spend time just like far-off family members. And the trend continues - My neighbour's sweet cat comes so often to bid me bye when I am waiting for my bus for work and I feel so blessed and loved to receive such special drop-offs.

Thanks also to my pet-friendly work space that I also get to spend more time with amazing Doggos and Cats. My co-worker's dogs who are rescues and are careful with bonding, come and spend time, and love to get pet and heard by me -- that's where & when I earned my beautiful title of "The Dog Whisperer" from my co-workers.

I love nursing animals back to great health. When my Darling cocker spaniel (Leo) underwent Ear surgeries because of an artery's rupture, I fed him and looked after him with my parents while managing my work. And when my Sweetheart Lassa (Elvis) had two strokes, I made sure I was around him to get him back to health faster and make him feel loved and cared.

I've never met a dog person that is such a natural with cats! Naharika was so loving and attentive to my two little fuzzy ones. Mitz & Fitz adore her and are excited for her next visit.

Although Naharika is more experienced with dogs than she is cats, she was eager to learn everything she needed to know about my Mitz & Fitz, and she took on her cat sitting duties like an absolute pro!
