Hi friends!
My name is Anja and I am 37 years old. I am originally from Germany and I am in Canada on a working holiday visa. I love travelling and exploring new cultures and Canada is the 7th country that I am living in. It takes a lot of hard work and organization to move abroad and to adjust in another country and I believe it has given me a lot of life experience and has contributed to my personal growth.
I also really, really love dogs ❤️. I have grown up with the best friend that I have ever had and my dog had helped me deal with things like bullying and low self esteem. Unfortunately, he is not around anymore, but I think about him all the time. I had the privilege to look after the dogs (and also cats) of my friends and family over the years, also for several weeks in a row, when friends were away on holiday (I cared for their 2 dogs and 1 cat). I will definitely have a dog of my own at some point, but with all my travels, it hasn't been possible yet. I have worked very hard over the last years (IT Manager position), so I am currently only working part time and therefore have some spare time available. I love going for long walks and would love some furry company 🙂. I would prefer to only walk one dog at a time. Please see my calendar for availability. My preferred walking times would be mornings or afternoons on my available days.
I live in the Yaletown area and often take walks along the sea wall to English Bay (I do not have a car), so I could take your doggo along next time. I am also currently checking to see if I can provide day care from my apartment and will update my services accordingly.
