As lifelong animal lovers, we’ve built our lives and our home around the joy that pets bring. 

I (Tamara) have always had a soft spot for cats ever since I was a child, and focusing on cat sitting lets me spend time with the animals I've had a life long fascination with, while being able to provide a valuable service to those who need a helping hand. I’ve shared my life with all sorts of creatures over the years—dogs, birds, hermit crabs, and fish—but it’s the quiet charm, curious minds, and wonderfully unique personalities of cats that continue to captivate me.

For the past 11 years, I’ve shared my home with my current feline companion, and we’re now enjoying the adventure of clicker training together to add enrichment and deepen our bond. My motivation for offering cat sitting comes straight from the heart: I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, and I want every cat owner I work with to feel completely at ease while they’re away.

I offer both short home visits (which is my preference) and overnight stays, always tailored to your cat’s individual needs and routines. Whether your cat prefers quiet companionship or thrives on play and stimulation, I’ll provide the same patient, attentive care I give my own.

And because great pet care is a team effort, I’m joined by my husband (CJ) who is the dedicated dog walker and sitter in our equation (and also does overnight sitting, plus anything un-related to felines), who shares my love for animals of all kinds (having owned multiple pets, ranging from dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish and even spiders).

Together, we’re committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care that gives both pets and their people peace of mind. We look forward to meeting your furry family member and giving them the care and comfort they deserve while you’re away.

Note:
Before any booking, I like to schedule a free meet-and-greet to get to know both you and your pets. It’s a relaxed visit where we can make sure everyone (especially your furry family member) feels comfortable and familiar before any sitting begins. During this meeting, we’ll go over all the important details together: your pet’s routines, medical needs, diet, playtime preferences, and any special care instructions. We’ll also confirm logistics like home access, emergency contacts, and scheduling. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask questions and for me to understand exactly how to keep your pet happy, healthy, and stress-free while you’re away.

Also as mentioned in his profile, for the first overnight cat sit, depending on our schedule or your specific situation, my husband CJ may be the one providing that initial overnight stay—ensuring that your pet is always in trusted, capable hands. But that's something that can be discussed ahead of time to ensure everyone is comfortable with the sitatution.
