Hello!

My name is Ian and I have lots of experience with large dogs. I studied at MacEwan university and I'm currently a private music teacher. This gives me a flexible timetable to check in on pets. I am a very active individual and I enjoy playing with dogs, hiking and being outside.

I grew up with dogs, and they are one of the best parts of life! I like all creatures, but have the most experience and fondest memories with dogs.

Unfortunately as a renter I can’t have a pet at my residence. That’s why it’s important for me to get home to my parents and see the big ol beast Ted (and parents too of course)! Ted is the big handsome blue eyed boy, however I think he knows it sometimes!

My motivation for becoming a walker/sitter is to get some more pet time, while also helping owners.

My brother has a dog named Buddy who was rescued from Arizona after being hit by a car. Buddy only has three legs but that sure doesn’t stop him! He’s a happy pup chasing balls and waggin his tail. I call him Mr. Wap because you can always hear his tail hitting a wall, as he happily shuffles around. He’s the one leaping for the ball in the pictures. He also helps remind me we’re all adaptable to life’s challenges.

The last two pictures are my girls I grew up with. I got them in Grade 1 and they were with me until after I graduated high school. That was a big chapter and I wish I could still give them some pats.

Pets health is as important as your own, so specific requirements, diets and routines are understood. Ensuring you're kept up to date on the status of your pet is also of importance to me. My phone is always on and I can be reached easily.

I offer dog walking as well as potential in home sitting services. My walks would typically last a minimum of 20-30 minutes unless it is -30 and the dogs paws are not enjoying it. Other then that, I'll bundle up and if the dogs happy to be out, so am I!

I am available during the mornings and early afternoons, and I'm typcially free by 9:30 P.M for evening walks or checking in on pets.

I hold on hand a clear and current criminal record/vulnerable sector check completed.
