I have been a pet owner and enthusiast since I was a child. Friends and family have entrusted me with their fur babies over the years wile they have been out and about in the world.

I am available days or nights whether your pet requires walks several times a day or just goes out in the yards. Weekdays or weekends- longer stays or just a weekend are all possibilities.

Because I am newly retired, my primary focus is the care and safety of your house and your animals. I will take care of things as if they were my own!

I am up to date in current methods of the care and feeding of cats and dogs! I can also care for iguanas, hedgehogs, ferrets and various other reptiles!

I love to play and cuddle with pets of all shapes and sizes. Discovering what makes a your creature “tick” is one of the most satisfying things about the human / pet connection. So many places in the Cowichan Valley to walk and discover. I look forward to being out and about with your fur baby…

I am ready and open to learn about any habits or quirks your pet may have…special diets, grooming needs or exercise patterns are all in my wheelhouse. I can also administer oral medication as needed.

If I do in home drop in visits I can water plants or collect mail.

Update

If possible I like to bring my super friendly dog Figg to stay with me during pet sits. This has worked in the past at sits in Mill Bay and in Port Alberni and other places on the island. We can always meet ahead of time to make sure this works out. Or if it's not possible I can leave her at home with my daughter.
