I am a 25-year-old nurse working full-time shift work in Vancouver.
Prior to my nursing career, I studied and worked within the veterinary industry. I maintained a full-time job at Capitol Hill Animal Hospital for 4 years and loved every minute of it. In addition, I contributed many years of volunteer work within local animal shelters and have been providing private pet sitting since I was 16 years old. I have a great deal of knowledge and experience in care and husbandry for dogs, cats, pocket pets and reptiles.
I have always loved animals and have grown up with several by my side. I currently live with two cats and a senior dog. Though I cannot provide in-home boarding services due to my current pets and housing, I am able to provide services such as; nail trimming, medication administrating (I am comfortable with both oral and injections), dog walking, home visits (both for a minimum
of 45 minutes) and house sitting.
Furthermore, I am very comfortable and knowledgeable with pocket pets and reptiles as Capitol Hill Animal Hospital is an exotic animal hospital. I have experience working and caring for birds; both small and large, snakes, chameleons, lizards, hamsters, guinea pigs and much more.
I must mention that due to my shift work/schedule I prefer a time range vs a specific time.
Please feel free to ask any questions and I look forward to hearing from you!
