Hi,

My name is Allison. I am currently in my first year of a bachelor of science in nursing degree at the University of Ottawa. When I receive a task I work very hard to achieve it. I currently live with my mom, dad and younger brother and what people like to call our zoo. My family has 5 animals, Minnie a 6-year-old Boston terrier, Daisy a 5-year-old Boston terrier-french bulldog, 2 cats Tinker and Ollie and Gus a 1-year-old pug. Since I have chronic pain in my head, neck and back I am limited in the jobs I can have currently but am 100% able to take care of cats and dogs. I have been raised with cats and dogs my whole life and have impacted who I am today. I have a passion for cats and dogs and want to help you and share my passion by caring for your pet(s).

My services will include a 30minute home visit in the Orleans area and around the University of Ottawa and downtown. I am open to going around the city so, please contact me for anywhere in the city of Ottawa. (FYI, I do not have a car). I will feed them, play with them, take them outside if needed and anything else like brushing them or giving them medications to provide them with the best care.

For dog walking I will take them for a walk around your area for a 30-minute walk during this time you decide what you would like me to do whether it is playing fetch, bringing them to a dog park or just a casual walk. I will ask for you to give me a background on how your dog(s) walk so I know what to expect.

For overnight visits, I would arrive around dinner time, stay the night and leave during the late morning/early afternoon. During this sleepover, I would feed your dogs if they are on a schedule, play with them and walk them if needed and clean up any poop outside if needed but you can request for me to do other things with your pet(s). During these, sleepovers I can spend more time with your animals and have them stay comfortable because they do not have to leave their home and I plan on following your pet(s) typical routines to cause as little stress for them as possible. I can take care of your pet(s) for days at a time and am not restricted to only one night.

Currently, I am able to stay at your house any day of the week as long as the OC Transpo buses are around your area. My schedule right now allows me to be able to stay overnight or visit your animals everyday but my time availability changes each day. If your book me for dog walking I would typically do that in the late morning early afternoon because of the heat at the moment, if it is a visit I would do that in the afternoon unless you have booked 2 visits in a day which I will then do the first visit in the morning and the other in the afternoon. I am responsible and punctual with attention to detail. I will always make sure your pet is receiving the best care he/she needs.
