Aside from owning pets of my own since childhood, I have cared for the pets of neighbours, family, and friends since I was in my early teens: cats, dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, fish... All this to say I'm an experienced pet-care provider, with a decent understanding of animal behaviour.

I enjoy being active; I have the mobility and energy to take your dog (or cat, if they're into it!) on the robust walk they enjoy and deserve. Or maybe they're a young one still learning; I have the patience to meet them where they're at on a slower, shorter walk. I will ensure they have at least half an hour of activity per visit, likely more. 

If making house visits, know that I will care for your pet(s) as if they were my own. I'm comfortable administering oral medications alongside snuggles. I typically spend 30-60 minutes on a visit, to ensure time for both play and affection. As a homeowner myself, I know that home maintenance doesn't stop when you're on holiday! As such, I'm happy to collect the mail, put out garbage/organics/recycling as needed, and water plants. I can provide walkway and driveway snow removal in the winter as well (tools to do so must be provided by the owner).

• Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri, I can provide walks and/or visits after 4pm. There may be some flexibility depending on the specific day(s).
• On Wednesdays, I can provide a walk anytime after 9am.
• On weekends, I can typically provide walks and/or visits anytime after noon.
• Over the Christmas holidays (the two weeks that align with school closures) and during the month of July, walks and/or visits can be provided as early as 9am.
