Hi there, my name is Aileen, and I’m excited to hang out with your pet!

I'm 34 years old and I'm a professional in the mental health field supporting children and families. I am also an animal lover! I think all kinds of critters big and small are beautiful. On the weekends when the weather is decent (and sometimes when it’s not)I love to hike and go camping. I consider myself to be equally a cat/dog person, but right now I happen to have a kitty named Cordelia. She is 14 years old and requires lots of affection and attention, so I understand you want your cats to be in good, caring hands when you’re away! I know that many cats are not aloof-people haters that society makes them out to be, and desire lots of love. I am interested in cat sitting because I wish I had more pets myself, but Cordelia would be rather upset and I want to give her the best quality of life possible! For now I often pet sit for friends and family, or sometimes stop by to take their dogs out- I'm known as the favourite auntie :) I believe people are happier and healthier with pets. They are part of the family and deserve to be cared for as such. I know it can be difficult to have a stranger in your home and with your furry family. As a function of my job I am required to have background checks, so you can feel safe hiring me. For now I am able to do one to two home visit per day with your cat(s) and other small animals.

I am available to feed, water, brush, and play! Home visits last at least 30 minutes and up to an hour. I will do all that is required to care for your little one. I am comfortable with guinea pigs, fish, hamsters, and other small animals. Weekday visits would mainly occur between 5-8pm, however morning availability before 9am could be requested. Regardless I would aim to visit at the same time every day.
