About Me:

I live in North Vancouver with my two cats Starbuck and Pixel. I catsit in the following areas:  Downtown Vancouver, Coal Harbour, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Fairview, Joyce-Collingwood area, and VGH area

 They are 12+ years old and generally healthy.

I have been pet sitting for my friends and I like making other people's animals feel safe enough for me them to hang out with me.

 I have experience feeding cats raw, wet and dry food.

Cat Care Expectations & Preferences:

 Every visit is 30 minutes long and would include feeding them, playing with them, checking that they have sufficient water, and that the litterbox and the surrounding area is clean. I really love taking care of kittens. I prefer not to let cats out onto balconies or areas outside the apartment area during my visits in order to ensure they stay safe. 

I prefer written instructions about the specific expectations as you require to be met as well as emergency vet information as strictly verbal instructions can lead to unnecessary misunderstandings and confusion. If you require visits to begin at a certain time and end at the certain time please specify in writing before the booking is confirmed in order for me to make sure I can meet that expectation.

On the last visit, I will make sure all the cat related mess that was created during my visits are cleaned up, their water and food will be fresh and their litterbox will be clean. 

If there is a lengthy time between my leaving and your return (eg 12 or 24 hours), I cannot promise the cats won't make more messes, use the litterbox, or drink the water. I also cannot promise any wet food will still look fresh. I do not expect this point to be necessary for 99% of the people reading this, but I am including it after a previous experience.

 I can also check mail and water plants if you are going to be away for more than a few days.

Communications & Other Important Items:

 If owners would like it I can send a picture every day as well. Please let me know during the meet and greet if you would like this. Also if you require visual evidence that I have done what I said I would please tell me during our initial meeting. 

Also please note that my goal is meet your requirements and never deliberately act against them, so please bring up issues as soon as possible so that I can adjust. I will not be angry or defensive, if you feel you need to clarify any previous communications.

I do not accept bookings unless I have met the owners and the cats in their home space to make sure it is a good fit. Please do not submit bookings until we have met if we have never met previously.
