About Jordyn
I’ve had a passion for dogs my entire life. It all began when I started fostering dogs at the age of 15 alongside my mom. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to working with animals in various roles. When I moved to Vancouver, I gained valuable experience at a doggy daycare for over a year, where I also learned dog training techniques. I later worked at a veterinary office, giving me a well-rounded understanding of pet health and care.
Afterward, I joined a dog walking company before starting my own dog boarding and walking service. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I take that responsibility seriously. I ensure your dog gets the exercise, attention, and love they need to stay happy and healthy. Whether it’s a walk, boarding, or just some playtime, I’ll make sure they are cared for like one of my own.
Your furry friend will be in safe hands with me, and I’m excited to give them the best care possible!
Having worked and volunteered in animal shelters and working at boarding facilities, I truly excel at providing top-notch care for pets. If your furry companions prefer a laid-back day, we can enjoy some cozy time together with a few outings. However, if they love being outdoors, my large yard offers plenty of space for fun, and we’re surrounded by beautiful parks with creeks and expansive fields for their exploration. I’m also a big fan of hiking, so your pups can enjoy exciting adventures in nature!
I have a dog of my own! I have a daily routine that I would fit your pup into and work with what you need! I work full time as a dog walker and pet sitter!
In My Home:
When caring for pets in my home, I make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I provide a pet-friendly environment with plenty of space to roam, play, and relax. Whether it’s cozy spots for lounging or in my fenced backyard for supervised outdoor fun, your dog will feel at ease. I stick to your pet’s routine as closely as possible, ensuring consistency in feeding times, walks, and playtime. Plus, your pet will never lack attention—they’ll enjoy plenty of belly rubs, cuddles, and interactive activities.
In Your Home:
When I care for pets in your home, I prioritize maintaining your pet’s usual routine. Whether it’s regular feeding, walking schedules, or administering medications, I follow your instructions closely. I ensure your pet feels secure in their familiar environment while providing the same level of care and attention they would get with you. I also offer companionship throughout the day, so your pet is never lonely, and I leave your home as tidy as I found it.
I love to start the day with a fun, energizing 1-hour walk! We’ll explore all the exciting smells, take in the scenery, and hopefully spot a few squirrels along the way. If your pup is staying with me, they’ll return home to a delicious breakfast, prepared just how you like it, with a few treats and interactive games to make mealtime fun. After some playtime and a well-deserved rest, lunchtime will follow, ensuring your dog stays fueled and happy throughout the day.
In the afternoon, we’ll set off on another adventure with a big hike, followed by a tasty dinner, where I’ll make sure they get the food they love, served with care. Later, around 7 PM, we’ll head out for a final relaxing walk before bedtime to help them settle in for the night.
If I’m just providing walks, your dog will still have an amazing time! I’ll keep them engaged with scent-detection games, bring toys for play breaks, and even work on training games if your pup knows commands (or teach new ones if they don’t!). And, of course, I’ll capture the cutest photos of your furry friend along the way!
