Hello !

My name is Marie and lately, I've been having a huge doggie fever. A few family and friends suggested this plateform and so here I am :) I've had many animals throughout the years including dogs, rabbit, birds, and MANY cats. Most of these animals I have taken on from friends that could not care for them anymore as I could not say no ! I am known as the pet shelter :) I now have a ragdoll cat named Rummy that I love more than anything but that hates other cats. He however loves dogs ! He used to have an English bulldog as a brother. I live with my boyfriend, Carl, who also appears to share my fever. Carl is very playful with animals but also love cuddling with them. He is especially an avid lover of French bulldogs and had one when growing up and and one when living in the US. On the other side, I have more of a sweet spot for bigger dogs. I am 29 and Carl 32. I work as a Financial crime compliance Analyst for Desjardins and Carl is a portoflio analyst for EDC Canada. We both used to work from home but Carl now goes to the Montreal office most days. Hence, I am now alone at home and would love to take care of another lovebug. We wish we could have one of our own but it is part of our plans to move abroad in the next years and have kids.

As I work from home and we do not yet have kids, I therefore can dedicate quite some attention and time to your sweet doggo. We do not plan to leave him unattended while in our care. We live a 4 1/2 near de l'Église metro in Verdun. It is not a very big apartment and therefore we could only care for one dog at a time, whether a small or big one. We do not have a yard but have a huge fenced patio and our building is right next to a park. We also leave about 5min walk form the side of the water and so pet sitting would just give us an excuse to go more often on walks or runs. We already are quite active people and so we would easily by able de take your dog on frequent walks (at least 2 per day) or spend part of the day outside. We also feel comfortable having your dog sleep in our bed or watch movies with us on our sofa.

We would be very thrilled to share some of our animal love with your pet. We are easy going, meticulous and caring, and will try and treat your dog as you would. We know that sending your lovebug away to a petsitter may be stressful, I would be too if it was my baby ! However, we ensure to do our possible to make it the most easy and fun.
