I have been an enthusiastic sitter for friends and families furry companions for most my life. This involved boarding at my residence or theirs, frequents walks and of course plenty of play and cuddles. 

I have also held a professional full time position at a dog daycare and grooming company previously. This involved looking after several dogs of various sizes and needs at a time, always ensuring they're getting the best treatment while their owner is away. This included plenty of outdoor time monitoring play with other dogs, frequent cleaning of their sleeping space and organizing feeding schedules so that each pup is getting exactly what they need. 

My experience in this job has enabled me to understand that needs vary with each animal. Therefore I have experience caring for dogs that may be anxious and require private walks or a less social environment. No matter the situation though my goal is to provide your animal with a safe and happy environment. I have also worked with all ages of dogs from puppies under a year all the way to seniors. With this experience I can be diligent with younger dogs who are working through training practices, especially if the owner has specific instructions. My work with senior dogs also means I am adept at providing medications and keeping a careful eye on any conditions. 

I am currently working only part-time with a flexible schedule so I have plenty of availability for frequent walks and playtime. I am also an avid outdoorswoman prioritizing walks and runs into my daily schedule, which would always be made better with a companion!

Unfortunately I cannot currently sit animals at my home, but I would be happy to look after your pet from the comfort of their own home. I believe that an integral part of pet care is ensuring their routines are kept as consistent as possible while you're away, to ensure both their mental and physical wellbeing. Therefore I love to meet with owners beforehand and get an in depth understanding of your pet's routine. This ensures each animal gets the best care and you can feel secure in my abilities. Since I would also be spending time in yours and your pet's space it is important they're comfortable with me. Therefore I would like to have spent sometime with them before caring for them for an extended period. This experience with your pet is also able to extend based on what you as an owner feel comfortable with. Of course plenty of photo updates during your time away are a given, because we all miss our pets when we're away!

Overall my aim is to provide the best possible care so you and your furry friend are as happy and comfortable as possible. While also making sure there's plenty of fun to go around!
